WOW! I was speechless and almost wanted to cry when I saw my car because Ryan and his crew did a phenomenal job! Ryan (the owner) was a pleasure to converse with from start to finish. Easy to talk to, respectful, and I also loved the fact that he was a Lexus guy because I've met very few people in Oregon who love the brand as much as I do. I knew that I'd be in good hands when he put together a custom quote for my RC 350 and simultaneously gushed about his passion for cars. I found this place on Instagram via the multiple videos that they posted. I was really impressed with the dent repair that their sub-contract company did for me. Practically flawless. I had a decontamination wash, stage 1 paint correction, dent repair, and 1 year ceramic pro coating done to my car. The ceramic coating was totally worth it; everything just slides right off and it's simply amazing how hydrophobic it is. As you can tell from my photos below, they did a wonderful job. No more swirls in the paint, looks better than it did when I bought it, etc. They even had a blue RC F that was also getting detailed at the same time as my RC 350. I work as a chef for a living, so I felt compelled to give Ryan a vegan chocolate cupcake as an additional symbol of my gratitude. Thanks once again everyone! I couldn't be happier! Fta for the win. Ryan and his salem crew did a great job on my 2011 2500 hd crew cab long bed. I can't say enough how impressed I am with the attention to detail and customer service. The cost is up there,however I know the amount of time it takes to do a truck the size of mine to great detail. They did do the inside for me as well,even though I did not request that service. Ryan is the man. He and I went over how bad the paint was on our 2007 Tundra. He made suggestion and gave me price ranges. We decide just to concentration on the paint and bring it back to par. Talked to Ryan about the staining problem on my seats of our used Jeep we purchased last year. I'm excited about p/u today after getting it detailed inside & having protectant put on the seats. I had a dent in my front fender and came in for a quote. It was very reasonable and I set up a time the following week for my dent to be repaired. They had a repair specialist come in and repair my dent without painting within an hour. You can not even tell where someone hit my front bumper now. read more
