BUT I had to pay a $150 service fee to have the "free" light installed. Seriously?? The installation would only happen after the review was removed, and not the other way around. What?? And the worst part was their manager Catherine convinced that she was providing the Best Customer Service with an approach like this. Terrible! JUST NOT WORTH IT! Those lights burn out so fast, and they consume major electricity. We live in the Sunshine State, the Solar Lights is the way to go!!! Save your money and the headache of dealing with a company like this. They are great in selling you their expensive products but once the job is completed, don't count on them! Only few months after, the lights were already burned out and of course "those" weren't under any warranty. Their electrical job started to come completely apart from the ground and all the lights stopped working. Left several messages and even sent emails to their website, but couldn't get anyone to assist me. Twice they called me back saying that someone was going to stop by, but it never happened. I had to hire a real electrician and another company to fix their job since they DIDN'T FOLLOW THE LEGAL ELECTRICAL CODES. Extremely disappointing! Spent a lot of money with them AND because of them.

I made several calls to electricians who claim ti be avaukable 24/7. Trust me, thats mostly false advertising...and leaving messages does nothing. But Romeo, co-owner of 911 Electrical Service showed up at 3:30 am & power was finally restored around 4 am - with a temporary fix & a promise to return to do a permanent fix. Today, Romeo returned, as promised, with help to fix things. They added a master switch for the whole house & replaced a few other parts. Now, everything is back to normal. There's a particular kind of stress that comes with handling things like this alone -- trusting that the people who show up to help are honest, asking the right questions while you're exhausted, and making decisions anyway. I am grateful for competent people who show up when it matters -- and for lights that turn back on.

Unfortunately, when I was moving, the lamp was damaged and every time I plugged it in it would pop a breaker. I called reward lighting and they were so kind and helpful. Not only did they rewire it and replace the lightbulbs in the sockets, but they added a weight plate at the bottom for more stability so it would be more stable (which I did not even ask them to do). I was treated with kindness and respect and they got my lamp working again and went above and beyond my expectations I will be coming to this business exclusively for all of my future lighting needs. Reward Lighting helped rewire it and to find a suitable lampshade and finial (gifted by them!) at a very very reasonable price. They carried it (heavy) to and from the car with smiles. The first lampshade didn't look right when we got home, so we called and they said come right on back. We made a successful exchange with their expert advice on size! I loved this place.
