Wow it was nuts there with amount of customers searching wide for the deals and endless racks filled with variety of their merchandise from shorts to bras to tops to jackets to bags, accessories. Line to try on clothes long before checking out. But the staff kept it flowing as there were so much anticipation what deals they have for black friday. Staff were friendly and helpful. People will wait in line freezing cold temperatures no matter what to get deals even name brand like Lululemon. For the final total I spent at this sale, it would be cost to over $500 but got everything I picked under $200, with no sales tax. Great deal. *Remember you cannot make returns as these are final sales here and at all Lululemon outlet stores. Regular store hours are: Sunday thru Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 8pm.

Right down to the display of fashion jewelry and accessories. Yes, I know they are owned by the same company, but I would expect to see some differences otherwise why split the Brand? I'm not sure if my tastes have changed, but I find the styles to be boring, rather than classic. Other than a few new spring prints, everything looks the same as last season and the previous 10! Lots of slim pants, cropped pants, sweater sets, tiny floral printed dresses, cardi's and some light wraps for Spring. Nothing said, "I have to have this." Store was bright, lots of light, tons of space in between clothing displays so one could both see the items and shop while keeping socially distanced. It was all OK. For those who enjoy a very clean style with lots of neutrals and basics, this store could speak to your tastes.

The color we wanted was not available so she told us we can order it online and it would be shipped to our home. We proceeded to do that assuming we would be getting it 50% off. We finished the sale walk out of the store in a few minutes later received the email confirmation. I check it and I saw we were we were charged full price. I walked back into the store thinking there must've been a mistake since it was done online and not in store and I approach the same sales associate and she tells me oh yeah that's the only item not on sale. I believe this was completely unprofessional because she had told us everything was on sale and we proceeded to ask for the shoes and she failed to mention that they weren't on sale we also came all the way from Portland to be disappointed by a "luxury store" this was not on my bucket list

I had such a great experience back in June when I bought my first TB bag. Jacqueline was super…read morehelpful and helped me find the perfect one for my business trip -- it was beautiful and even had a laptop compartment. But honestly, I never ended up using it. One day I went back (without the bag) just to ask if I could exchange it, thinking they'd probably say no. To my surprise, Alex found my receipt right away and told me they could check the bag and offer store credit or an exchange. I already had my eye on a small crossbody, so the next day I came back with the bag. Alex remembered me instantly and said she'd even messaged the team about my visit in case she wasn't there. While I was looking around for small accessories to go with my new crossbody, Jacqueline helped me again -- she found not one but two cute card wallets and was so sweet the whole time. The customer service from both Jacqueline and Alex was amazing. I'll definitely keep coming back after this experience. Thank you both!
