The automatic response the giggling lady told me was that there is nothing she could do, that she was just an employee. Then she pointed out that it was used and to the no exchange/ no refund policy. You also benefit from the same conditions on a second-hand electronic device purchased from a merchant. In such cases, the fact that the electronic device is used and its wear at the time of purchase must be taken into consideration. Now, she called the owner 3 times and each time, giggling that there is nothing she can do. She told me that if there was a defect, they could fix it, so when I asked her to fix it, she again giggled and told me there was nothing she could do, that she was just an employee. Honestly, she didn't even seem to know how the tablet worked, it was on the home screen and all she did was repeatedly pressed the back button.
