This company and its owner Robert Alan Saumier are nothing but cheat and fraud. Stay away from…read morethem, especially if they ask you for some advance. I gave them $2000 as advance to do work at my home. After two of their crew worked for about 10-11 hours over two days, they disappeared. Robert sent me a text on third day, saying he was waiting for supplies and his crew would come back the next day. Next day, he tells me that his father passed away , he was very upset and was thinking of closing his business for a while. He sent another text on June 27th telling me that he could give me a refund or I could wait for him to finish the work after holidays. In view of their actions so far and poor quality of work they did, I told him I would take a refund depending on the amount of refund. After repeated reminders, he offered me a refund of $1471 on July 16th. In order to cut my losses, I agreed to accept this refund and told him to mail me a check. Having not received th check I reminded him on July 24th. He told me that the check was mail a day earlier and I would get it in a few days. No check came. I contacted him on July 30th. At time he told me that he mailed the check, it is out of his hands, he did not know what to do about it. I told him he should contact his bank. If the check was not yet cashed, he could stop payment. If it was already cashed, it was done fraudulantly and he should file a report with the bank. I told him I was ready to go with him to his bank to verify that I did not receive the check. He had earlier mentioned that he had all the proofs of check and mailing. I asked him to provide copies of what proofs he had. I sent several text after this. But no reponse to any one. It is obvious to me that he never mailed me a check and had no intention of giving me any refund. They are cheat and fraud. I am going to follow all avenues to try to get my money back. All our exchanges were by text messages.
