The crew was friendly and did a decent job over two days cleaning, adding sand, and sealing my pavers. They even rebuilt a few unlevel areas. They also worked on my flagstone for an extra price however they didn't use enough sand and it became a trip hazard. A few paver areas also needed touching up (no sand). So I requested a follow up visit. All easy fixes but ... After many attempted contacts, the owner scheduled the crew to return. No show. Again after several contacts, they were a no show. After that they stopped answering my texts, FB messages, phone calls. I posted on their FB site to contact me, but it was taken down. A few areas developed weeds in the cracks again. This company is a scam! They never came back to seal our brick pavers as promised. Unfortunately I had paid in full as I was late for another commitment and they were taking longer than necessary. Total scam! read more

The guy did the worst job I ever seen. You can never get a hold of him. He's a con artist never sealed it. All he did is make a big mess from my pool and the sand keeps going everywhere. The guy will tell you all kind of stories. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I decided to hire them since the price was reasonable and the pictures they used of their work looked good. They came out and did the work and said we had a 10 year warranty and should any plants pop back up through the sand in the pavers or anything else happen they will come back out no questions asked. That night it rained and our back patio sealer never had time to set. The whole patio looks awful and plants are now coming back up through the pavers. I tried to contact them multiple times and they said they would send someone out. We had multiple appointments and no one ever showed up. This company does not deliver on what they say the will and are a nightmare to work with! read more

Scammers! Said I will get my pavers sealed and they lied about doing it. Then changed it to they will come tomorrow and then the day after tomorrow, and the later today. Never came. Said I was getting a receipt and warranty that day and the later on the mail lie as well. They are looking to make quick money at the end of the season by scamming people. read more

they are a terrible company did the same to me do not do business with them they do a terrible job weeds popped up less then 2 days later they blocked me from calling for them to do the job right with thier 10 year warranty bullshit never came back after several apts were made took my money and ran with it ! Hired to work on my paver patio. No show for a 10 am appt, I call, they'll be there at 1. No show again, but they did show up after 5 pm after I left my home. No chance for me to explain what I was looking for. They did a terrible job, the low spots they were to fix are bigger, hold even more water, and they left many bricks raised now causing multiple trip hazards. My mom paid them before i could see what they did. Refused to return my texts and calls. Don't hire these scammers. read more

I had a doubt that the ladies couldn't do it, but they actually did the best I seen cleaned up after very well no problems with any weeds coming back sealed properly if you're looking for a good company, I would highly recommend this company read more

I left my review on their post on Facebook, but it was removed. I got Michigan Exterior Cleaning to restore my pavers. They did a pretty good job. out of 5 stars. The guys that came out were very nice. They did a great job of getting all the sand and weeds out of my pavers. Then they went to Home Depot to buy polymeric sand. They had to go back for more because they didn't buy enough. They brushed it into the grooves. But then used a blower to get it off of the surface. Which made it go all over my house brick, grass, bushes, air conditioner, and garbage cans. Then they lightly sprayed with water. Afterwards they sealed it with a solution that was in a garden pump sprayer. Set to a jet stream, waving side to side for application. It was even running out towards the end, so not sure it went on everything properly. There wasn't any shine to it or look of a seal. When I looked at it afterwards, I saw that there were spots that weren't filled all the way. I brushed the access sand off the surface of the border pavers, so it wouldn't dry with clumps. So if you're looking for attention to detail, this isn't for you. But if you're looking for a quick cleanup, it's ok. read more

The absolute worst service, did a terrible job, took their money and ran. Appoint was scheduled for 1pm, they did not show up until 6pm, ran out of supplies, left their large heavy ripped hose after telling them to remove it. Could not see the finished product as they "completed" the job at 10:30pm. Called them back several days in a row to come back and fix their mess. Denzel ignored all calls, proceeded to say their phones were down and all of the other 8 phones that ring when you call them were down. This is a lie as they use iPhone and all iMessage's were sent and marked as delivered. After giving him 3 other jobs, the last family member said they would deduct my cost from their service if he did not come back and fix my job. He called claimed he would come out, called him 20 times the day of and texted him he sent all my calls to voicemail and no answer to any of my texts. Save your money and go to some professional and reputable. They guys are money hungry scammers. read more
