This is a great boutique store. I've been going there for years. They have a varied selection of women's clothes.

Have shopped here for 16 years. Great clothing selection and service in past. Two months ago, bought a pair of summer pants. After wearing several times, my husband saw 2 holes in back. Returned them to store, did not ask for refund because I didn't have receipt. Told sales person this must have been a fluke and bought 3 pairs of same brand pants for summer for $400. Wore one pair in car for 4 hours and noticed 2 holes. Returned all 3 pair for refund the following day and was refused refund by owner over phone for pair I had worn for 4 hours. Was told to come back when owner was at store so she could "check over" pair with holes. Called back twice requesting to be called when owner present. After 3rd call, owner agreed to look at pants tomorrow when she came to store. Said she had carried pants for several years and never had problems. Sayonara, Full Bllom Boutique. read more

Full Bloom Boutique carries some of my favorite brands like Moonlight, Wearables, Cut-Loose, etc. and I have purchased many items of clothing there. My biggest issue, which has caused me to sometimes pause before buying, is that their markup is higher than the standard. I figured this when an item was out in my size so, when looking for it online, I saw that many of the things I'd purchased were approx $20 more in-store. That adds up; I had purchased 5 things that day! The other odd thing is that I don't often see the "brand" paper tag on clothing. Do they remove it and then only have their own store tag with size, price and the name of the brand. read more

I always find something here when I'm in Santa Fe. This time it was a pair of cropped Wearables pants (so comfy & they had a large selection of XS) and 2 unique tunic tops by Shana. There was a nice selection of fresh water pearl necklaces for next time. Worth a visit if you like comfortable, stylish clothing. read more

I too have shopped for a while at Meraki as we come to Santa Fe every year and some times twice a year. This trip I bought a lace top and couldn't believe when checking out they told me return policy which is fine but then added "and don't even think about wearing the garmet with the tag still on it and then try returning it. " Who needs to ever shop at a place like this that treats their customers so badly. Spread the word as all you can hope for is they go out of business. read more

I had the best experience today with Miss Judy...she was so professional and totally knew what I was looking for...I was just walking by the shop and went in and absolutely loved it! Employees and owner are very helpful at Full Bloom--remembering the styles I like and pointing out new arrivals. Makes shopping so much easier, as I run a business and don't have a lot of time to spare. Beautiful Johnny Was clothes plus practical business outfits--all in one stop. Seriously the rudest sales people at Meraki. They treat customers in such an incredibly unwelcoming manner. Clearly they do not care about their customer service or making sales in a friendly fashion. They also mark up their clothing more than necessary. I found the same shirt here for $20 more than another store. Take your business elsewhere! read more

my mom and i happened upon their sister store Meraki - across the street (no yelp page for that store). we noticed the sign in their front window that read "shoe sale 40% off" so we went in. i immediately found a pair of shoes on sale and continued looking around while my mom finished up her phone call outside. after her phone call, my mom entered the store and looked around. we chatted amongst ourselves as to whether there was a clearance rack or anything on sale since we didn't see any clear indications of a sale rack. i decided to ask the woman who had helped me with my shoes if there were any items on sale - and the other woman with white hair (i now know is the owner) responded without even looking at me "IT'S A BRAND NEW STORE." well excuse me for asking, i'm visiting from out of town and there was a sign in your window that said SHOE SALE so most people would assume there are also a select few other things on sale in your store. my bad for jumping to that silly conclusion. it was at this point that my mom and i felt heavily judged by both of these ladies. they treated us as if we were cheap tourists that were only there to look and not really to buy. as we were finishing up paying for a sweater for my mom and my pair of shoes we were chit chatting and it came up that my mom purchased a vacation home here and at that point both ladies became much more talkative and friendly to us. well, fancy that! didn't your parents ever teach you to not judge a book by its cover? my mom and i left the store with a very sour taste in our mouths. some of the absolute worst customer service i've ever experienced. you can guarantee we'll never set foot in either of their stores again! i guess we should thank the owner for making it easier to shop in downtown santa fe because now we have two fewer shops to spend our money at when we come into town to visit. AND come to find out the store isn't BRAND NEW. it opened in april so the store is 6 months old. get your facts straight owner and stop lying to your customers! read more

I have loved shopping in this store for years. I have purchased many expensive jackets and scarves, tops, sweaters, etc. I had a problem with a necklace that I had purchased. The owner was unavailable to speak to. The new clerk was VERY helpful and sympathetic to my problem. She tried her very best to help me to no avail. The manager who was there when I went in after several other visits was rude and accusatory as to how I had treated the necklace, etc. Unfortunately, they survive on the tourist trade and customer service is null. They have a very poor return policy, but I was aware of that and have never even tried to take any of my purchases back. Service and customer support is vital to staying alive in hard times. I am sorry to say in all of my years of shopping no one has ever treated me so rudely ! read more

I found a beautiful bracelet at Full Bloom and contemplated purchasing it, being warned by the lovely salesperson that all jewelry was final sale. Trusting that a boutique of this nature would never sell faulty goods, I proceeded with the sale. On first wearing of the bracelet, I noticed that the T-Bar portion of the clasp was too short for the circle through which it was supposed to latch. Adjusting the clasp throughout the day seemed to help. Unfortunately, the clasp did fail and the bracelet was lost forever. When I called the shop (only five days after the initial purchase) to report this and try to buy a replacement at a discount, I was told that the owner inspects all jewelry before selling it so they wouldn't sell me a discounted replacement. I will NEVER shop at this store again because they do not trust or honor their customers and are ungrateful for the business. I would have been satisfied with a very small good-will measure of a discount but their pride makes me have a terrible taste in my mouth. I regret every dollar I have ever spent in this store! Heed my warning: don't shop here and if you do, DO NOT BUY THEIR JEWELRY! read more

Such cute and unique clothing! Very Santa Fe themed with beautiful colors. The clothing is on the pricy side but is of quality.

i am outraged by the " i could not care less attitude" from this store. i spent over $50o there in february, i purchased a pair of summer pants among other things. i returned home to massachusetts and because it was winter here i did not wear the pants until may at which time i recognized a manufacturing defect. i returned the pants only to have them immediately sent back to me with a nasty note saying the return policy had expired. no effort whatsoever to help, no i'm sorry...plenty of other stores in santa fe to shop at. don't bother with this one. although it looks good on the outside, the customer service is terrible. home read more
