Cool small store with a wide variety of instruments. I signed up for guitar lessons and they set me up with an instructor and were very accomodating on timing. They also tuned and adjusted my Saxophone and guitar and gave me a lot of good advice and information. I'd highly recommend checking them out ... bring in your musical instruments for a check-up, or get something there. They can also set you up with lessons, if you're looking for that. read more

Mitch is awesome! I have visited this store a few times now and finally I brought my alto sax in for an overdue tune up. He said it would be ready in one day and it was; I think at another store a tune up may take weeks. Mitch's dog is always there to greet you. Plenty of parking in front of store. I may in the future buy a soprano at Full Circle Music. They also sell woodwind reeds, you can buy one if all you need is one. The charge was very reasonable. This is the place to buy if you are looking into getting an instrument and this is the place if you need work on your current instrument. Highly recommend and I will be back!:) read more

I already knew the owner, Mitch, was good at repairing saxophones since he was able to successfully get a very stuck swab out of my silver tenor neck and he brought my 1938 Martin Committee back to its full throated sound after giving it a tune up - it was the best it had ever sounded in the 7 years I've owned it. What I didn't know was how much of a Master he is at identifying difficult to diagnose problems and then making them go away. Out of desperation I brought him my Italian hand made curved soprano sax I bought used almost 2 years ago. It arrived banged up in transit and has since gone through 3 other techs who were able to repair the damage but unable to make the horn play in the lowest register. One very experienced tech worked on it for over 2 hours while I was in the shop and at the end gave up saying I don't know what's wrong with it. So, since I had found Full Circle Music ,I figured I'd let Mitch take a stab at my stubborn horn. Mitch was able to find numerous small and large leaks and many areas that needed fine tuning and adjusting. He had it completed in less than a week and played it each day to insure his fixes stayed fixed. I got the horn home and for the first time it played beautifully all the way down the horn, speaking easily and effortlessly with the lowest register able to whisper and scream at my discretion with no gurgling... it felt like Magic. Which I guess is what happens with someone with Mitch's knowledge, persistence, patience and dedication puts his effort into your instrument. And his prices are more than fair. I will be bringing him all my saxes from now on and I'm grateful someone of his caliber is so readily available. Thanks Mitch. read more

I live down in South Miami yet I took my 1980 Fender Rhodes to Full Circle at Ft. Lauderdale for a pre-amplifier recapping and to fix a noise issue. Mitch Kopp at Full Circle was recommended to me but I, however, am majorly disappointed. MITCH KOPP IS A LIAR AND A THIEF. He lied to me repeatedly about the work he did on my piano. He improved the noise issue on my piano but did not get rid of it completely. Most importantly, however, is that he changed a SINGLE capacitor in the pre-amplifier of the piano. I specifically asked him to replace ALL the capacitors. He insisted over and over again that he replaced all the capacitors. I expressed my concerns with music repair shops because I had previously had bad experiences. He ensured me that I would not have a bad experience with him. I took him at his word, went back up to Ft. Lauderdale to pick up my piano, and pay him. He charged me $159 dollars to replace a single capacitor, and lied to me, insisting he replaced all the capacitors. Let me clarify, that is a 50 cent replacement part and takes literally 10 minutes to replace. I paid him to replace around 20 capacitors, which is why I was ok with the $159 repair price. He insisted once more that he replaced about 14 capacitors. I asked him to give me the old capacitors, and he told me he threw them out (red flag). I flipped the piano on briefly and it seemed to no longer have the noise issue either. So I took the piano and left happy. When I got home, I plugged in the piano and it was making noise again. I opened the preamp to finally inspect his work. Only one capacitor was replaced. I called him and asked him once more which caps he replaced. He insisted he replaced 14 of them but this was a lie. The only capacitor that was changed was one that I previously fiddled with and ruined. He replaced the only capacitor that was causing an obvious problem, and left everything else the same. He insisted he replaced all the capacitors with original replacements. So why is the only capacitor that was different from the originals the one that was completely damaged by me? Mind you, the pre-amp board had 3 other of these same capacitors. I inspected the solder on the bottom of the pre-amplifier board, and the only new solder was for the single replaced capacitor. All the other solder on the board was old solder. My neighbor who is an electrical engineer inspected the solder and confirmed my suspicions. I called Mitch again, and he told me to bring the piano back. As if loading a 250+lb piece of 40 year old equipment into the back of my SUV and driving it back to Ft. Lauderdale was easy. STAY AWAY FROM FULL CIRCLE MUSIC. tl;dr - Don't trust Mitch Kopp, the owner of Full Circle Music. He is a liar and a thief. He charged me for the replacement of over 20 parts on my piano, and only changed a single part. He lied to me repeatedly and insisted that he changed almost all the parts. When I got home and inspected his work, I was able to see that he lied to me and only replaced one part. read more

Hello. My name is Rev. Rob Goerzen. I recently received a Gibson Firebird Zero that I purchased . I was looking forward to receiving it. However, when it arrived I soon discovered that the quality of the instrument was very poor. The construction is substandard and the pickups are really quite awful. I have played guitar for 45 years and own many guitars. I am not writing to cause trouble or anything like that. I have never written a letter like this, but simply wanted you to know that I am very disappointed and will not be seeking Reverb out for any future purchases. I feel that I was taken advantage of. Terrible place. Is not a professional repair shop at all. Hacked my guitar trying to install a new nut. Looks like he used a chisel to route it out. Screws falling out, chips in wood...is literally comical how bad it is. Your better off going to guitar center before this place. Tourists with no taste will love it, but is no quality in there. 5 years ago I moved to the area from the north East and having found a steady gig, I only recently found Full Circle Music. Due to the change of temperature and humidity, most of my guitars needed some tender care and re adjustments. Mitch has been a god sent. He took all my instruments and re adjusted them with love and know how . Straighter neck, lower action, my instruments have never sounded better. He even solved a decade long issue with a buzz in one of my acoustic - electrics that no one was able to fix prior. Mitch is my "go to" guy for everything guitar. Highly recommended. read more
