Professional staff. Expert repairs. Don't go anywhere else, unless it's their Pembroke Pines location!

We were recommended this company by 2 different people and decided to give them a try since after…read moretalking to 3 different moving companies we felt that they had a fair price and adequate experience in moving. On moving day there was a team of 3 people that showed up (including Zach and James). We had a 2 story, 2,200 SF house with 2 car garage that was being moved into a highrise condo that required a long haul between the point they parked the truck and the elevator. They brought alot of boxes for the art and mirrors as well as for the clothing. They wrapped the furniture well so that it wouldn't get damaged. The experience part comes in handy when moving heavy furniture up and down a flight of stairs that has a hairpin turn. They will disassemble your bed and some of your other furniture as well as reassemble it. I'd definitely recommend to anybody.

Truly disappointed in these folks…read more I called to inquire about a move and they said they would come on Friday. Then they said, "No, maybe Saturday." So, I said, "Let's make it Saturday then." On Friday, at 4:30 PM, I get a call asking if they can come in a short while. I stated that, since we had agreed on Saturday, I had already made plans and was not home. "OK, so we'll do it on Saturday. But we can just do it on FaceTime. (??? not even interested in seeing firsthand???) I'll call you between 1 and 2pm, but if you don't hear from me, give me a call." What kind of business asks a potential customer to give them a call if they forget to call you? Needless to say, I never heard from them between 1 and 2pm. However, at 3:30pm I get a phone call and I stated that they were not making a good 1st impression for the reasons cited above. I was going to say, "I'll give you one last chance." However, before making my comment, and rather than apologizing or saying, "OK, let's start again," I was met with, "OK, so you know what, I guess we don't do your move." (With that response, I guess you don't.) There was no attempt to make things right. I was in sales for 20 years. This is not how you treat a potential client. Given their ratings, I had high hopes. However, given this track record, I was left with very little confidence and assurance that they would show up when they said they would and/or honor I their commitments.

Four hours before a birthday dinner I came to the Guitar Center to find an electric acoustic…read moreguitar. Visually incredible as soon as you enter the store. Guitars floor to ceiling affixed to the walls. The big sign saying Acousic Instruments was all the way in the back of the store and was the place I needed to find my new toy. Small room with a nice selection of electric and non- electric guitars of various colors and styles. The staff members explained a few of the items and I chose a well made Taylor guitar and sat next to the provided mini amplifier. I was severely rusty but sounded OK, but not band ready of course. The guitars were priced from $275 to $1100 and will have to do more research before I pull the trigger and spend my cash. There is a strong emphasis on drummers interests with a full wall of just drumsticks and two areas of assorted drums where you can jam out on the skins. The speaker and PA rental room was dramatic so I had to take a short video. The front room offers musical programs with private lessons from an instructor. Based on what I experienced, this is definitely the place to explore any musical interests.

Prices are waaay higher than on line stores like Sweetwater, Music 123 etc…read more PLUS...the on line stores offer free shipping unlike Guitar Center. I have also found that GC stores either hire bozos or simply don't train their employees....they seem to have no knowledge the items they sell. Oh yeah...one more thing. Guitar Center's in store inventory is extremely shallow. More often than not you have to buy it then wait for delivery to the store then go pick it up.
