On April 10 after no work on our project at approximately 1:00 a.m. Justin emailed me stating that he would not be doing our home addition and had already taken $35,500 from us and informed us he would be ceasing all business dealings with us. Justin advised us he put a claim in on our behalf with his insurance company for us to receive a refund after contacting the insurance company on 4/12 we then learned the insurance company would not be refunding our $35,500 because we had no damages and Justin would be notified as such. The insurance company adjuster advised he would contact Justin to advise of such no refund and send a letter. I also contacted Justin again just to be advised he would be ceasing all contact with me and now we are without our refund $35,500. It's possible we have to sue to get our money back! Do not do business here!
