I was at her prior location, which was in North Tonawanda, but she was about to move to the NFB location. I scheduled a 90 min massage and showed up a little early. After a quick consultation about what I was looking for, she started the massage. She listened to what I wanted and the massage was great. I like deep tissue, and I got that here. She didn't have any availability until a month or so later but I was fine with waiting since it was a good deal. The night before my appointment, I received a voicemail from another woman calling on her behalf saying that Erin had an emergency and had to reschedule. I was disappointed that I wasn't going to have my massage the next day but understood since life happens. I reached out to Erin a few weeks later since I hadn't heard back about rescheduling and I also had some product for her in my own business and wanted to see if she still needed this. She contacted me back a few days later and we rescheduled the appointment within those next few weeks, which made me happy. I went this past weekend and so glad I did! The location of her studio is great since it's right on Niagara Falls Blvd in a busy area. I went a few minutes early and she was very welcoming and we sat down and talked about what my problem areas were and how much pressure I like with my massage. Afterwards she brought me into the massage room and asked if it was ok to use some essential oils with my massage. I was excited because I just bought a kit for myself and lavender is one of my favorite scents so she used that. The music that she played was extremely relaxing and I really loved it. The massage was wonderful! She told me before we started that she specializes in deep tissue massage and I've never had that before. I told her I like medium pressure so she was really good with accommodating that. The only complaint I would have is I tend to usually be cold and I found myself cold at some points of the massage. I wish there was a table warmer or it was warmer in the room in general. Other than that, I left there feeling much better than when I came. I was very relaxed and I'm looking forward to booking another massage with Erin in the future.

You won't have to worry about parking, as there is ample space throughout the entire area. The MTOB office has a few rooms available for different massage services. I've been in once for a couples massage and once most recently for a cupping service. 10 minutes of cupping is said to be the equivalent of 90 minutes deep tissue massage in relation to releasing toxins. My therapist Maria told me that she tries to not leave marks on her clients but I requested that she go hard on me, marks and all. Maria has a lot of awareness and is conscious of her clients' reactions during a treatment. She knows when to go hard and when to scale it back, without you having to say a word. This, to me, is a sign of a true professional. The treatment rooms were very luxurious, calm, peaceful, and the perfect temperature. I enjoyed the signature massage oil and eucalyptus aromatherapy which immediately calmed me down, as I was a total spaz on my last visit. One of the hard things about spa treatments for me is jumping back into the world after experiencing such relaxation. Leaving the MTOB facility and stepping into the adorable, wooded parking lot was such a gentle way to ease back into things without losing my serenity.

The students are wonderful, the place is neat and clean. Appointments are made in advance, well in advance. I love this place. I'm going back tomorrow.
