He was courteous and apologetic, asking if more needed to be done. But of course this needed to be authorized by the insidious boss from the office. We even had a Alder tree on neighbors property leaning over our house, neighbor gave them permission in writing, had it down so efficiently. Our huge cedar was limbed fast.
