When they arrived at my house. I asked them about the shrink wrap. They said they didn't have any. They didn't wrap anything. I had to pull comforters and stuff out of my containers to put on top of wood because they were just putting wood on top of wood. That's what caused all the scratching. Some items were just thrown in the unit on top of each other. When I called the company to see if they were willing to replace the broken chair I told them they can even take this one. Just replace it with the a new one. I got one response from them and then they said they would call and they never called. The reason I hired them was because I am originally from Youngstown and I support all Youngstown companies businesses anything. But I am extremely disappointed in this. If you own a company, you should step up to the plate and replace broken items or at least contact a person back. If you're licensed and insured it would have been covered. Anyways, all I'm saying is if you want to be an owner step up to the plate and man up in contact the people that are trying to support you in your business.

My wood furniture is nicked and scrapped-not replaceable. the one drawer to dresser won't even go in because it was too heavy for them to carry so they took drawers out and carried. They didn't bring dollies or tools with them as they stated U-haul doesn't allow them which is a lie.
