But when I tried to talk to someone about our experience the person I spoke with could care less & basically blew me off. I have tried taking my parents on several occasions hoping our experience would change but to no avail. We literally wait for 2 hours before being called back....simply ridiculous!

They will make you wait forever, hold your test results hostage until you pay a fee to hear them even tho you have a right to them, and they will not listen to you or pay attention to you. The worst experiences I've ever had in a doctors office. They lied to me and made me think something was very wrong with my lab results, but the truth was they just wanted an extra fee for me to come in for them to tell me they don't want to deal with it and send me to a specialist. (When they told me they would do the same thing as the specialist when I first came to them). So I spent a ton of money for no reason because they weren't going to do anything with my results. Run far away!

7 years I've gone to the same doctor, Aaron Karr. I complain about the same hip pain on every visit…read morebut he acts completely unconcerned. I don't believe that he believes I hurt. He won't give me referrals to pain center or to orthopedics. He has given me 14 prescriptions(non narcotic) over 7 years to relieve my pain but zero therapy, procedures, or options for other care. A doctor who either disbelieves a patient or has no interest in the actual diagnosis of a problem is worthless to health care. It appears he is more interested in getting me started on endless kickback prescriptions instead of any effort to heal the problem

I was taking something for my headache or something even non non nacardic pill I was taking I had to stop taking it cause I was getting addiction to the meds... (I can get extremely high on over count pain meds... never took meds as a kid all the way up until my early 20s... she always find natural ways to help u... ppl as bad mouth her cause she won't throw out pain pills so ppl kill or hurt themselves plus pain meds it ur liver up anyway... she was the most caring loving doctor I know of.... she will be greatly missed by me for sure ..(Setting here crying) if reading this DR. Clemons I want u to know u was the best doctor I know, I'm going to miss u deeply. I don't want no other doctor besides u... I know u going through health situations, I be praying for u.... She was not a good listener, very rushed, ignored some things I said. Just awful experience. Will NEVER GO AGAIN. She was very rude too, and didn't care about my pain.
