I've ordered shirts from them several times and ran into the same issues repeatedly: slow turnaround, little-to-no communication, prices differing between initial quote and final, and on the latest batch of shirts the colors are markedly off. I went in to tell them I am disappointed with their lack of communication, the drastic difference in color from what I ordered to what I received, and the fact that the shirts weren't ready when they were supposed to be. I basically got the, "Well that's how she goes, tough luck." This is not how you do business, and this is not how you treat customers. Take your money elsewhere.

As a disabled Vietnam Veteran who is pleased and thankful, he is no longer chair bound, I'm pleased I didn't have to Rollate in and struggle to get the job back to the truck.
