I've ordered shirts from them several times and ran into the same issues repeatedly: slow turnaround, little-to-no communication, prices differing between initial quote and final, and on the latest batch of shirts the colors are markedly off. I went in to tell them I am disappointed with their lack of communication, the drastic difference in color from what I ordered to what I received, and the fact that the shirts weren't ready when they were supposed to be. I basically got the, "Well that's how she goes, tough luck." This is not how you do business, and this is not how you treat customers. Take your money elsewhere.

He gave our entire rental party a hard time and even tried to have us get the refund from our formal attire company in Tampa therefore stealing the money from the Tampa store who did all the work. Terrible company! In the end, they did give the groom back his money after going through the suit vendor. Do not do business with this company if you are having a wedding. They will delay your attire at the last minute. Poor customer service and definitely not the business they say they are.
