We had a flood from the second floor bathroom-- a stressful time for us. Full Service Property Restoration was sent our way as a preferred contractor through Accuserve who manages the water or fire mitigation portion of claims for the insurance companies. They document everything every step of the way: Thermal camera, moisture meters and even a 3-d camera to document the entire home. This is a top tier contractor. Eric and his crew are very careful and do outstanding work. They took gret care of our possessions, furniture and appliances, thoroughly masked the floors and walls wherever needed, and kept the job neat and tidy at all times. They set up HEPPA filters with exhaust tubes out the windows. Our house never got dusted up like with regular contractors. They even covered all of the furniture out in the garage. Downstairs they carefully removed wood flooring and trim, drywall and insulation, and our kitchen appliances and cabinets. Upstairs they removed the tile, tub and shower pan.They also removed the floor tile and vanity. Next, they scrubbed the wall cavities with special cleaners. They then ran dehumidifiers and filters for days. I feel very fortunate that FSPR is the company helping us through this really difficult process!
