They were always on time, very competitive in pricing and cleaned up entirely when done. I even feel as if they replaced more rotted wood then was originally quoted at no additional charge. I give them a perfect 10 from the original quote to the job completion. My daughter and her mother in law plan on hiring them for their new roof replacement next year. German Duarte the Founder & President and Deborah Haase the Office Administrator were outstanding throughout the entire process. German and Deborah were always accessible and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns via email, text and telephone. I went with the Boral Barcelona 900 tiles (Chestnut Burnt color) and CertainTeed Flintlastic SA CAP Commercial underlayment. FQR is fully licensed, insured and provides a 10-year workmanship warranty against leaks on sloped roofs. From start to finish, FQR took under 2 weeks to complete my job which included previous roof tear off, underlayment and new tile installation and township inspections. The FQR crew was on-time starting no later than 8am and finishing around 6pm each and everyday on my project until it was completed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up my and my neighbor's property at the conclusion of their work each day. German and FQR are very transparent, no hidden charges and extremely communicative if job must be postponed for a day or 2 due to rainy weather. The entire FQR team deserves a 5 star rating. I highly recommend you consider FQR if you are in the market for a new roof for your home!

Most companies will send a salesman out to talk to you but with FQR the OWNER comes out! German (the owner ) is far from a high powered salesman, he's about as mellow as one can get!! I like that, I don't like being pressured. He discussed the different types of metal roofs that were available and what he recommended and what he didn't. We formulated a plan and within a week German provided the cost and said our roofing material was available. We went with the plan and a month later we had a beautiful brand new roof. I learned a lot about metal roofs. They are labor intensive, much more complicated than asphalt shingle roofs. You really need a skilled crew of workers to install a metal roof correctly. Florida Quality Roofing has been around for a very long time, rare for roofing companies, they know what they're doing. I would hire them for any kind of roof.

That should have been our first sign as to what was ahead. Demolition crew showed up next day wearing sandals and socks. Threw roof debris and nails all over our landscaping and yard. No outside tarp. Clean up was a disaster. Every day they were on site. Broken plants, nails,water bottles, water bottle caps, everywhere. Even left a random flip flop. Fascia replacement wasn't what could be described as custom craftsmanship. Large gaps, filler pieces, mounds of caulk. First rain our skylights leaked. In the process of "fixing" their mistakes our vinyl fence was damaged. Worst communication with a contractor, foreman, team we have ever experienced. Can't answer a question. Never provide a schedule. Completion date "first week of June" according to them.We currently have a garbage bag of material on our I guess completed roof?No one ever rang our doorbell just left an info packet at the front door. 6/15/26. BUYER BEWARE
