My husband and I have used Tri-County All Restorations twice now, and they have done an excellent job both times. First, we had water damage and mold in a couple of rooms due to a roof leak. Gary and his crew came and did an excellent job with removing parts of the walls and ceilings. Francisco and Alex were the main workers who were here, and we felt so comfortable with them. Our Air conditioner leaked and we had a mess in our office, bathroom and bedroom. Discovered this on Saturday at 3:30 pm. Called my insurance company and they recommended a different company to call. Looked on Yelp and their reviews were terrible. Found Tri-County had great reviews. Called Gary at 4pm on Saturday and he was out to the house in 1.5 to 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, found all the areas that had water left dryers and dehumidifiers. His team came in the next day and packed everything that needed to be moved. Recommended a mold company as well as a contractor to fix the drywall. Once we detected mold they isolated the areas and put up containment barriers so we could sleep in the room. Even left a room air conditioner so we could sleep in the bedroom. Made a bad problem easy to deal with. He was responsive to my phone calls and texts during the process. I need to update my review Gary and his team worked for days on a mold problem in my condo After four days ( it was a terrible problem ) I had the air tested and my mold problem was GONE .. final stage of my mold remediation was to have a new A/C installed which I did . The installation of the A/C was bungled and I had a leak I immediately called Gary because I did not want to deal with water under the flooring ... ( that would mean mold again He dropped everything on a Saturday brought fans to dry everything out Unfortunately too much water seeped under my floor . I recently called Gary at Tri County restoration regarding water damage from a leak from a unit above our rental unit. He came out promptly and he and his team gave us a quote on remediation and dry out. Kim from Tri county went one step further to check our insurance coverage for us. She actually recommended that we do not use them until we determine the full cost with our adjuster, due to affected limits on our policy if we use a non preferred insurance company vendor. This was incredibly kind of her and very unselfish, as the end result is that they may not get the work. When you are dealing with water damage, it is scary and time is of the essence. Knowing that you have a company that is NOT taking advantage of you when you are at your most vulnerable is priceless. We discovered a mold issue in a closet and hired a mold inspector. The inspection also revealed a mold issue in a garage wall. Gary Ackel with Tri-County All Restorations met with us and provided a quote for the restoration work. During remediation, it was discovered that we had a problem with our air conditioning system causing condensation issues that resulted in the mold in the closet, and remediation was paused so we could address the problem.
