The value was good and they completed my requested services for couch, rugs, chairs, ottoman, and mattress cleaning. I had to adjust my expectations on my light colored furniture as I was told that cleaning products used previously can cause yellowing and that won't go away. Disappointing, but not their fault. Awesome job and reliable company. The carpet technician, Michael came on time and analyzed the rooms. Was well prepared and ready to go. He was through and detailed. Our carpets were really not dirty since we got them cleaned last year but wanted a good detailed clean because having a toddler, it's good to keep the house clean. I would highly recommend this company because I got the quotes from other neighboring companies. And Zebedee was competitive with pricing plus the people on the phone were really nice. They were patient and gave me list of all pricing I asked for. I ended up getting four rooms and staircase done. Overall, treat your home good and get it professionally cleaned carpet. ~ read more

I have two large couches that my children have performed all of their life functions on as they've grown. I'm talking all the nasty bodily functions, spills etc. and they're boys. Nasty little boys. Anyway, I had Zebedee come and steam clean my couches and they look new. They SMELL delightful, and I'm no longer allowing my tinymenfolk on the furniture. Back to Zebedee, they came, they kept in contact with me so I could anticipate their arrival, they required nothing of me, and they were both polite, and the work was done quickly. 10/10 will have them come clean my stuff, when these men inevitably Eff up my furniture. read more

I contacted the owner Craig one evening, he responded quickly, provided me with a super fair quote, and went over his cleaning technique (tools, cleaning supplies, length of process, before and after do's and don'ts, and so on) and I was able to schedule the cleaning the very next day. He showed up on time (even game me a heads up when he was 20 minutes out), cleaned it throughly, and left our couch like new. We will use his service again in a couple of months, to keep up the "maintenance" of our couch. Great communication and friendly people. I sent them a photo of the sofa and received a quote very quickly. The only problem I ran into was that I was told upon arrival that they could not steam my sofa given the fabric type without potentially ruining the fabric. They offered hand cleaning, but it really didn't make much a difference and it ended up being the same price as steam clean. The people I met and spoke with seem very nice. It was just an unfortunate circumstance. I recommend you confirm with them prior to arriving that your furniture is amenable to steam cleaning. read more

This group is the best! I reached out through Yelp's request a quote feature asking if they'd be able to clean a microfiber couch. They responded promptly with an extremely fair quote, and the two gentlemen came to my place first thing in the morning. They are super speedy, and were in and out in about an hour for that big sectional couch in the photos. Their office is extremely professional, and they are all fantastic communicators. I have 2 recommendations regarding flooring:…read more 1) Don't get travertine tile. Although this natural stone flooring is beautiful, it is porous and tends to get lots of small holes. It is difficult to maintain. 2) If you have travertine tile, then hire Jose from Marble & Tile Restorations Inc to clean, polish and maintain your floors. Jose and his helper did a fantastic job on our floors. He is very professional, courteous, and thorough. He cares about the quality of his work and makes sure the customer is completely happy with the results. We've hired 3 different companies over the years to clean and polish our floors, and Jose is by far the best. He took the time to fill in all the holes that I identified (& some that I didn't!), then cleaned and polished the floors using high quality products. He even gave me some filler compound and showed me how to use it (while deploying the "tricks of the trade") so I could continue fill the inevitable holes as they developed over time. Jose also refinished the grout in our bathrooms with a stain-proof sealer and they now look like new. The cost of the project was very competitive, especially given the amount of time and effort that Jose and his helper put into it. He also polished our granite countertops at no extra cost. Jose stands by his work. He offered to come back to polish a few replacement tiles we need to install because the holes have made the existing tiles unrepairable. Now that's service! I highly recommend Jose and his Marble & Tile Restorations company. He was even nice to my overly curious dog and cat. A good company with a nice owner.
