Fails to return phone calls, claims he's going to follow up at certain times & then fails to do so. Albert Cernadas has to be debriefed every single phone call and claims he "doesn't remember your case". I will be filling formal complaint regarding sexually inappropriate questions and statements. His questions portrayed racial bias, derogatory inclinations, condescending character and gender discrimination.
