If i could I would give this company a 0 star rating. We had an appointment scheduled for January 12 9am-2pm. They were a no call no show. We called around 4pm to see where they were the lady that answered had no idea what was going on. We ended up calling another time and no one answered the phone. I do not recommend this company for anyone. Poor customer service. Not recommended. We tried to make appointment but they were to get back to us with any specific time on the agreed upon date. They came at 5pm, without any confirmation call, email or text. Spent the entire day waiting. While cleaning our fairly new stove (less than 4 years old) they broke a piece. (We heard "whoops"). The tech left the broken piece inside. We ordered a new one and I called to request any assistance to help with the cost, I spoke to the tech and he said he told my "boyfriend, husband, or whoever" it was already broken but I could order one from them if I wanted to pay for it. read more
