The girl at the desk said that she would submit my form to the manager to see if she approves my cancellation. I have called and left messages twice as well as asked them to have a manager call me when I was in there and filled out the paperwork... to be sure my membership is cancelled. CRICKETS. No callback. I am going to have to cancel my credit card just to be sure they don't charge me anymore because I can't get "approval" confirmation from this location. I have also messaged them on Facebook - on their page and in messenger .... Nothing. Get a Massage here, but DON'T BECOME A MEMBER - it's a black hole that seems to be impossible to get out of!!
