I responded back with a few minor changes and asked if they could deliver the product on a very short timeline. They not only beat my deadline, but they also improved the original design. The staff is friendly, responsive, and most importantly very creative. Things that are highly desirable when taking a project from an idea to reality in a short period of time. I placed an in-store pickup order on 2/13 for three items- two threads & needles. I called on 2/18,…read morerequesting them to ship instead. They explained one thread (Fyre Werks) was out of stock & on order, which I understood, but assured me the second thread (Neon Rays) and needles were in stock & would be shipped promptly. On 3/11, after three weeks with no package, I called them again; Ally assured me it would be shipped immediately. I paid for shipping at their request. By 3/26, still no package, so I called once more, & they again promised to ship right away. On 4/4, EIGHT weeks later, my account still showed the order as unshipped & set for pickup. I called again & spoke to Ally, who now told me they don't have either thread instock- both are on order & unobtainable. The issue is that they told me multiple times they had the neon rays & would ship it. I asked Ally if I had come in to pick up the order around 2/13 when originally placed, would they just not have had it? She said "yes, I'm realizing that now." As a disabled person who doesn't drive, getting across town isn't easy & I also don't have time to repeatedly call & hound a needlepoint store. When I pointed out they strung me along for eight weeks with false information, Ally was defensive rather than apologetic or accountable, & said any other shop would be the same. However, I have not had this experience at any other shop. I understand the needlepoint boom has depleted inventory, the issue is they continually said they had it & now say they never did. I requested a refund, which they agreed to I know needlepoint isn't a major issue in the grand scheme of things, but this situation reflects poor inventory management & more importantly, poor customer service. A sincere "I'm so sorry" could have made a significant difference & probably avoided this review. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, but I'm grateful there are many other LNS shops in Arizona.

Once of the Etsy store patches did not reflect the provided logo correctly. Keep in mind when you are ordering online these are the kinds of issues you can run into. We will be using Show and Tell Tees again!

Lindsey is a life saver…read more I got married in AZ and in lue of a gater toss I was going to retire my bachelor jersey. Found a place online and the jersey wasn't expected to arrive on time. So off to yelp I go to find a replacement. I came across Show and Tell on a Monday. Lindsey and I had a couple of exchanges via email where I explained the vision. While they didn't have a jersey, they did have a shirt and so be it. She was able to print and have it ready for me by Thursday. I was in West Valley on Thursday, but she stuck around on a Friday afternoon until I was able to pick it up and the shirt was perfect. My best man caught the shirt and plans to toss it at his wedding.

When the deadline passed, I called and texted the owner, Richard Sauenz, but never got a response. After a month had passed, I went to their office and learn that they had not started on the project. So I took the hats back and was promised a full refund within a week. It's been over three weeks with no refund issued. I do not recommend this company to anyone, as they are not reliable on any level.
