I placed an in-store pickup order on 2/13 for three items- two threads & needles. I called on 2/18,…read morerequesting them to ship instead. They explained one thread (Fyre Werks) was out of stock & on order, which I understood, but assured me the second thread (Neon Rays) and needles were in stock & would be shipped promptly. On 3/11, after three weeks with no package, I called them again; Ally assured me it would be shipped immediately. I paid for shipping at their request. By 3/26, still no package, so I called once more, & they again promised to ship right away. On 4/4, EIGHT weeks later, my account still showed the order as unshipped & set for pickup. I called again & spoke to Ally, who now told me they don't have either thread instock- both are on order & unobtainable. The issue is that they told me multiple times they had the neon rays & would ship it. I asked Ally if I had come in to pick up the order around 2/13 when originally placed, would they just not have had it? She said "yes, I'm realizing that now." As a disabled person who doesn't drive, getting across town isn't easy & I also don't have time to repeatedly call & hound a needlepoint store. When I pointed out they strung me along for eight weeks with false information, Ally was defensive rather than apologetic or accountable, & said any other shop would be the same. However, I have not had this experience at any other shop. I understand the needlepoint boom has depleted inventory, the issue is they continually said they had it & now say they never did. I requested a refund, which they agreed to I know needlepoint isn't a major issue in the grand scheme of things, but this situation reflects poor inventory management & more importantly, poor customer service. A sincere "I'm so sorry" could have made a significant difference & probably avoided this review. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, but I'm grateful there are many other LNS shops in Arizona.

To do so, clear communication was needed for proofs to be edited and approved. She also needed electronic forms of payment, and a dedicated employee to email back and forth with, and at times hop on the phone for clarification. This project involved 200 canvas tote bags. 200 Orange canvas tote bags. 200 high quality, reasonably priced, orange, canvas tote bags. Does that sound at all like too much? Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy. Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention the price was unbeatable and the the production turnaround time was about 8 days? Yeah...I can't wait to work with them again either.

It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. Money comes back, time does not.
