We received the shirts and immediately noticed that the graphics on many of them were crooked or off-center, some of the shirts were also discolored and stained. Our hat order was over 1 month late and the Embroidery is sloppy. There was several discrepancies between the quote and the final invoice, and as a side note; the YELP page says the company in located in my home town, but I later find out that the company is not in Stuart as listed on their Yelp page, they are 30 minutes away in Port St. Lucie (I was trying to do business locally). I did manage to negotiate a credit for some of the shirts. In the end, the whole thing was a cluster and very taxing emotionally. Hands down the worst screen printing & embroidery experience we have ever had.

Upon realizing that one of the parents shirts was missed, he then went back to the office (at 7pm on a Friday) to ensure all parents were ready to cheer the following morning. The following week we had 3 more parents order and again -- NO ISSUES!! The shirts came out GREAT!! Customer service was impeccable. Pleasure all around to work with. We did not make it easy, but he sure did deliver. Absolutely would recommend.

We Spencer over $150 on three pieces and for the most part they are fine. But when I look at my price all I see are things that look like snot that somehow ended up on my piece. The thing about them is that there are prices of it sticking out so it's not even something smooth. The staff, or at least the one staff member that actually paid attention to us, Sophia, was great. The owners would float around and they were nice but not very tentative. I'm so unbelievably upset about the objects in the glaze and I don't think I would go back between the price and the glazing disappointment.

They have hundreds of wines to choose from as well as snacks, including fish dip, and flatbreads, and all sorts of stuff.

It needs a few parts like you'll see in the chat! This wasn't a customer scorned. I just wanted my truck fixed !!! Highly customized? It's a totally stock 302 Ford Motor. The truck is a complete original and stock. The claim about a Latin America Truck is laughable. Is he a mechanic or a comedian? It was manufactured in the USA for Latin America and Canada. Know why? It has a speedometer in KM and hour. Yah the speedometer is in metric KM. Any novice can see that in the foto. My gosh! As for your cancellations and late shows. Look at 1 of numerous screen shots where you cancelled after I waited all day. In fact, I had to text you and ask "guess you're not showing?" I believe that was the day I didn't go to work and waited all day for you. Another falsehood that you claim all cancellations were done in Advance. If I need to ask for a favor when I have visitors and I am away, I know my guests are in excellent hands, their keys will be hand delivered, and the place will be cleaned before they arrive and after they leave. Meg is very professional, does great work, is honest, and always does what she said she would do. There is never a time where I felt like I was not getting my money worth. The concierge services they offer are amazing too. For example, during hurricane season when I am away I pay Meg to keep an eye on my place and make sure there are no problems. If my central air has problems Meg will wait for the service people to fix the central air unit. I had a water pipe burst in my master bathroom. If Meg did not look in all the rooms I would have had a huge mold issue. I cannot attend to all the little issues that may arise from my house or when I am traveling. Having peace of mind knowing everything is being attended to is a huge relief for us. If you have a second home in Florida and are away from your house or condo I would highly recommend this service. Having a reliable set of eyes looking after your house/condo while you are away will give you the peace of mind you deserve.

That did not sound like something I wanted to hear. He got Dave the manager to come and help as he had to leave . Dave was great! He said, no, it didn't need to be done from below, and that he had what was needed to fix the job. He went and got my part and showed me and explained how it would work. We also discussed what I needed to fix the tub situation. I guess Dave just came back to work there that week. He called me promptly with prices of the parts that same day. I was trying to do my due diligence and read the reviews . I called Dave and that's when he told me he was the manager . I said I wasn't comfortable with anyone else that might not know how to do this if the owner doesn't. I questioned the company's billing practices as people complained that the round up to the next hour ( Dave said it was every half hour now). I questioned people complaining the guy or guys would be out in the truck just adding to the billing hours not doing anything. Dave assured me that the only thing they might have to do is fill out the paperwork on the iPad for the parts and labor . They were to be billing at 150 per hour. Dave said it's normal for the paperwork/billing to be done on the clock and or running back and forth to truck to get parts etc. So in my mind I had a hesitation that they might be the type of people to string out the job for more billable hours ( based on other reviews), and also, if the owner doesn't know how to do my job(that it could have been done from the top), how can I expect hired help to know. Dave assured me that he would communicate with the installers to make sure everyone was on the correct page. He assured me everything would be fine, so I said okay, and booked my install. He said the guys were on a job first thing in the am and then they'd come to my place. He said they should be done by 10, no later than 10:30. He said he'll put me down for 10:30am and ask them to contact me 30 minutes before they'll arrive as I am not living at that location. I decided to go to my place a little earlier than 10 and do some work while I was waiting. I watched the clock tick away. I decided that I need to call as it was just past 11:30 and my spider senses were like telling me I shouldn't go with these guys . I called and canceled. In fairness to them, the text did say I was blocked at 10:30-12:30. I may have seen this before and forgot, but all I could think of is Dave saying 10-10:30, and I thought maybe they are late because they are bilking hours from the customer before me ... either way , I was still uncomfortable and cancelled. I never got the chance to have them do the job so it's hard to give a review other than that. That Dave guy was great, I only wish he were doing the work...
