We (Pepper and Salt BBQ) get our shirts printed here. We've ordered maybe 5-6 times and every single time it's the same thing, excellent communication, excellent work, and excellent people. I look for consistency when buying things for our restaurant and these folks have checked that box 5-6 times. I recommend them every time someone asks us where we get our shirts made.

Overall an okay experience but we probably won't be back or be recommending them. The process working with Morningstar is slow. E-mails take 1-2 business days for even a simple response and really dragged out the timeline. No samples. Digital mocks were obviously not to scale, but we were not super happy with the sizing of the print or even the quality of the print. Could have been avoided with a sample. No Private label services. Doesn't offer hang tags/neck tags/hem tags. No compensation. Missing items from our order with no compensation. Their response - !BEWARE!! If 4% OF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED/MISSING YOU FRONT THAT COST. !!BEWARE!! read more

Jessica & Natall make a great team! Jessica helped me out in super short notice, with a smile and excellent attention to detail. The team quickly produced beautiful screen printed graphics on shirts I supplied, also brought in specialty shirts to print, and embroidered a few hats for a high profile brand launch. I inquired about getting one shirt heat pressed with my logo and needed it done within a very short time frame. They were so accommodating here and were able to have it cut and pressed within 18 hours! Communication was excellent from the beginning, definitely 5 stars! The product was exactly as requested, reasonably priced, so I will definitely come back again! read more

I'm a volunteer for one of the oldest surf shops in Florida called Salty dog (now a nonprofit). Over the last 30 years we've used over a dozen print shops for our signature Salty Swag apparel items like shirts and hats. To this day no shop has made a superior product than Morningstar! I'm in town for six weeks doing a show at Riverside Theater and came up with the last minute idea to have a funny t-shirt made for our costume designer for opening night. I called and spoke with Jessica Monday morning. I emailed her my idea and within a few hours she had a proof for me. Once I approved the proof and quote, they were able to accommodate my rush order and I picked up my shirt the following afternoon, just in time for the opening night party! They were so sweet and helpful and I really appreciate that they were able to do that 24 hour turnaround. Highly recommend! read more

In early July '23, I contacted them about multiple areas in my yard that needed help as I was seeing thinning grass, browning and lots of weeds throughout.. They didn't respond. A week later, I contacted them again, with no response. They finally showed up in the 3rd week after my complaint. They stated that the damaged area was due to lack of water, yet the rest of the yard was green and this damaged area had green blades scattered throughout. I called the service manager, but was ignored after multiple calls to voicemail. August 9th, their regional manager showed up at my house and "verified" the damage was due to lack of water. He stated that my sprinklers were the fault and I need to address that. I have over 20 years experience with sprinkler systems and their operation and never had issues in these areas, but he's the expert, right? I put a cup in the center of the damaged area, ran the sprinklers and measured 3/4" after that zone ran. Plenty of water was getting there. I called my previous lawn company and they determined that the lawn was damaged by chinch bugs. I haven't had chinch bugs in over 10 years, until Clements took care of things. I also had fire ants and now moles digging through my yard. None of this for 10 years, so I cancelled service with Clements and went back to my previous company. I would not recommend them as I now have to replace about 3 pallets of sod at my expense.

The Graphic Design Group's creativity and passion was truly inspiring, helping to create not one, but now a total of five new T-shirt designs. This is not just a T-shirt shop!! The shirts that this business produces are just top quality. The designs, the fantastic colors, and the variety of shirt types is just fabulous!!! I LOVE my tank tops. The styles are different than what you find in the stores and the fabric is soooo soft and comfy. Whether I am wearing them for my workout or just my daily attire, I am just super pleased with them. And definitely another big plus is the staff and awesome customer service that I received.
