When we walked in she had a big smile and greeted us. She took our measurements and smiled the entire time doing it. She also gave us other parts to our uniform. I'm very hard to dress for because I'm built like sponge bob square pants. She helped me with all my issues and gave me twice sizes up to fit me better. We received the shirts and immediately noticed that the graphics on many of them were crooked or off-center, some of the shirts were also discolored and stained. Our hat order was over 1 month late and the Embroidery is sloppy. There was several discrepancies between the quote and the final invoice, and as a side note; the YELP page says the company in located in my home town, but I later find out that the company is not in Stuart as listed on their Yelp page, they are 30 minutes away in Port St. Lucie (I was trying to do business locally). I did manage to negotiate a credit for some of the shirts. In the end, the whole thing was a cluster and very taxing emotionally. Hands down the worst screen printing & embroidery experience we have ever had.
