The company refused to replace the item, saying it was past the 30-day window and had been worn. If I had a customer that bought an item (perhaps a toaster) in our store that failed within a year, I would ABSOLUTELY replace that item! Their merchandise is poorly made -- they replaced the manufacturer of the shirt I had previously purchased with another that produced a much lower-quality product -- and they do not stand behind their products. I will never buy from them again.

It was completed in time, high quality, and the design was exactly how I wanted it to be. They even accommodated the infant and toddler sizes we asked for! They were super adorable. Also, I would have purchased their shirts as a convenience and expressed as things regularly grow I would have a continuous demand for many more items and would use their company as a sole supplier for all of our merchandise. All was good during the initial conversation. I forwarded all the initial specs as to what I needed which wasn't anything at all difficult and.... Nothing. No returned emails, calls or text. Ghosted. I would understand that if the company was swamped with orders and I accidentally got bumped and forgotten but Jack mentioned they were not busy obviously and could accommodate my order rather quickly. Not impressed especially being not busy.

Although the manager (Kristin) was out of office, she still replied and had the staff expedite the order for a Christmas gift and pickup later that day. Upon arrival (pickup by another person), the color had incorrectly printed. The designer (Josh) emailed me to explain and see what we could do to resolve the issue. I personally stopped by near closing time. The designer took the extra time to work with me to get the correct color printed and explained again what we could do going forward. The staff is always so nice here, and I greatly appreciated the extra time to ensure everything printed up perfectly. They stayed late tonight on a Friday of the holiday weekend to make sure I was happy and had my gift in time! I will continue to go here for orders big and small. Thank you so much!
