Although the manager (Kristin) was out of office, she still replied and had the staff expedite the order for a Christmas gift and pickup later that day. Upon arrival (pickup by another person), the color had incorrectly printed. The designer (Josh) emailed me to explain and see what we could do to resolve the issue. I personally stopped by near closing time. The designer took the extra time to work with me to get the correct color printed and explained again what we could do going forward. The staff is always so nice here, and I greatly appreciated the extra time to ensure everything printed up perfectly. They stayed late tonight on a Friday of the holiday weekend to make sure I was happy and had my gift in time! I will continue to go here for orders big and small. Thank you so much!

We were in the process of selling a vacant residential building and the interior painter made an…read moreenormous mess and was unnecessarily sloppy with the job they were paid to do. While we already had Bella Shine as the interior cleaner to do the finishing touches on the house, we reached back out to them with how awful the painter did (with pictures). We agreed and executed a small change order and Bella Shine did an amazing job on the house, preparing it for sale on the market. Both I and my real estate agent thought the price was fair and reasonable. Bella Shine requested additional time to complete the cleaning job, but unfortunately I was not able to grant that additional time as a professional photographer was coming in. Instead of complaining, Bella Shine brought in an extra worker, started earlier, and there was zero conflict with the photographer. Amazing job, Bella Shine! Bella Shine gave me an fabulous experience compared to some of the other contractors that I hired remotely. Highly recommended!
