Just when I thought I was getting somewhere I got told the company they used for disputes changed. It's comical at this point. Keep records of everything because trust me they won't! Beware if you do have any credit lines with them that go past due they will withdraw the funds from your checking account without your knowledge to get your "attention". In today's climate I am shocked this is normal practice for an institution designed to help people. If you want to worry about your money 24-7 then create an account with Apple.
