So I looked the place up online and found out yet again, there's really no branches anywhere, except for one! I thought to myself- This is perfect! I called first before I came to ye branch in Tyson's Corner. Get this- the person who I spoke with is the same person who is helping me setup the account some three hours later. Over never experienced that kind of service at any bank in my entire life. I have a good feeling that things will go well with my new account!

Only to have it go to our old address on record, which was identified as the Residential address? And this was an old address, we have not lived there in years, nine years to be exact. After the first loss, and the debit card floating around somewhere, got a letter stating that the debit card would be listed as "inactive". It had the last four digits on this letter. I am the Primary on this account, I use this account to pay all of the Bills, so I cannot have any issues with this account, none. I asked my husband to call on this issue. It wasn't my debit card, so I couldn't call on this matter. This happened twice. What the heck?! The reason behind my star rating, is that this Bank still accepts Zelle, my credit union does not support it any longer, the BillPay system is very good, and the APP is very good, very user-friendly. I love when technology works- so this is a very good platform. In addition the checking account has no fees, and the ATM's are highly accessible. And it is also connected to the Kohls credit card too. So, I can see all of the accounts on one page. It is convenient.

In fact, after I pay my next statement, I'm closing my account. I've probably been getting cheated for the 30+ years I've used the card, but only since Capital One took over Discover have they disclosed the cash back percentages for each charge. What a rip.

They hire sub-par (for Citibank) employees who are unusually lazy. Just the other day I called in advance and asked to make an appointment with a notary. They said they would't take an appointment but that they have two notaries on staff and I could walk in ANYTIME. So I waited until 2:30 to avoid any potential lunch conflicts for the Citibank employees, then took off from work and met my wife there who had to bring in tow three little kids (including a 3 week old). Once we arrived and asked for a quick notary (literally one signature), guess what? One of the notaries was on a break, and the other, A MANAGER!!! said that she was too busy and asked me to come back in about two hours! Can you believe that? After calling and confirming with Citi, after taking off work, after bringing the whole family, they told me to come back! They are treating me like THEY are the customer and I am the employee. This branch needs some serious training in customer service.

Still didn't get my account closed, and they said they don't have an expected time or tell me any updates. So never use their service. They will never give back your balance or let you leave.
