However, as with any place, there can be a few downsides. The biggest issues that I faced there was the loud Tri-Cities High School band practices, a psycho next-door neighbor with highly questionable social skills, and the Peyton Place style of living that some of the other residents engaged in (watch out for your boyfriends here).

Keyon was the representative that I spoke with concerning my "case." He was EXTREMELY nice and VERY professional!!! Before we began, Keyon stated that he had studied my case and found that my original application had been denied for the WRONG reason and as such, he would have to pull my record from the archives to update/correct in order to complete my case. And as a result, he said that it would take some time to retrieve the archived files and that he would call back when he got to work the next morning. A man of his word, Keyon called back around 8:30am and walked me through my case. He was VERY meticulous, helpful and professional!!! Though I am not a resident of Hapeville, I am always in the area so I had to show up and support The park itself is absolutely beautiful. The city has made great use of the space as well as the landscaping is beautiful. The grass is green, the flowers around the fence are colorful and the park presents as a great recreational space as a whole. The National Night Out event was an abundance of family fun. As it kicked off at 4:00pm, it wasn't too hot and there was a nice breeze flowing through. There was a train ride for the kids, a dunking station, and ample games and vendors throughout the park. For the adults, the vendor options were ideal for those looking for employment, as well as those who love to support local and small businesses. Yes! There was something for everyone. As I arrived hungry, (don't judge me), I was excited to see the assortment of food trucks that were in the parking lot. This was truly the perfect makings for a great family day in the park. As a whole, I will definitely be returning to Jess Lucas Y-Teen Park as the ambiance is perfect for a me day with lunch and a good book or even to do a few laps around the track as 6 Laps = 1 Mile according to the sign. Today I went to the USPS in greenbriar mall to handle getting my passport documents changed over, I…read morehad all of my documents ready to ship but needed to sign a few pages and write down the address on the package. I'd like to add that once I got to this location, there was a long line out of the door, so much so, I had to wait out in the mall once I joined the line. Michelle was the only employee at the counter and was so proficient in getting all of us customers in and out the door. She tended to all of us with a pleasant attitude and with efficiency. She was kind, patient, and allowed me to ask whatever questions I had without making me feel rushed. She also throughly went over the receipt with me and really made sure I was clear on this entire process before moving on to the person behind me. I really appreciated her demeanor and amazing customer service. I hope she's recognized at some sort of staff meeting or company wide gathering for this behavior.

I have also visited this facility several times to do early voting. Their hours are convenient and they are even open on Sunday.
