When I returned to the Post Office to inquire of non-delivery, it was discovered that my important document was still sitting on the desk at the College Park Post Office. For SIX days an overnight EXPRESS package sat at the post office, and no one took the duty to ensure the package was sent out. This is BLANTON UNPROFESSIONAL Service!!! The document was a vital matter to my livelihood that needed to be delivered by May 6 and the unprofessional neglect of the postal workers is simply careless and total lazy disregard for the people whom they service.

These are NOT listed on the website nor on their hardcopy application as required IDs to reserve a PO Box. I even called the USPS 800 number to confirm. Giving a business' EIN is equivalent to giving them your SSN number to reserve a personal PO box. And if it's used to verify the business, the information is publicly available on the SOS government website that anyone has access to. This needs to be investigated because there's no telling what is being done with confidential business information.

The lobby is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Even when the one is out the door the staff maintains their cool and still provides above standard customer service. The young lady with the dreads is usually who I end up with. At this point she knows my name. LoL! She is always so sweet and keeps a smile on her face. Everyone else I have encountered at this location has been super pleasant and helpful as well. I also love their stationery. The cards they have are nicer than the other postal offices I have been to. They come in when I'm in a clutch and need to mail out a birthday or holiday card and just want to get out of the car once.
