As with many times where there is a glitch, when dealing with local and state governments it can take days or weeks to resolve it, I will say that was not the case this time. Maria Flores and Elijah Mitchell were both fast, efficient and extremely helpful in solving the paperwork issue and in a situation that could take days (if not weeks to correct), both jumped into action and corrected my problem within 24 hours. Both deserve commendation for their assistance and follow up to correct this matter.

The service here is top notch and very friendly. Even the security officers at the front of the building are super helpful. My husband and I had to come and get an extension on our car registration. It was around 9:30am on a Thursday and thankfully, there was no wait. As soon as we went to the window, the employee greeted us with a sweet, pleasant smile. After she understood the reason for our visit, she quickly took care of our request with no hesitation. So pleasant! Got in and out in less than 10 mins!
