I talked to Taylor she was so sweet to me and got me in as soon as she could. I had to fill out some paperwork on my phone and sent it back during Covid. I got to my appointment like 10 mins early and got in exactly the time she promised me. I did have to sit in my car until they texted me and said I could come in. I had my temperature taken and was asked a few questions before going to the chair. It was a painless experience that was nice. I had a few xrays and then the dr came in explained to me what my options was. The only thing that hurt was the shot but I'll take that. I never felt him taking out a tooth. I'd highly recommend coming to this dentist.

Most everyone else there is great too (dental assistants, hygienists etc) In general, they go to some length to ensure your comfort. They have TV's with headphones attached if you want to watch something while they work, Or (what I prefer) you can plug your phone into their headphones and listen to your own music. They also give you giant sunglasses to keep the light from blinding you! They're probably a tetch higher regarding $$ compared to some places, but to me, it's worth it.

I was a new patient (and from out of the area) and therefore I expected the typical routine of having to go through a full examine, consultation, x-rays, etc. This is what usually causes me to 'put-off' going to the Dentist. Although I understand the necessity, sometimes I feel it's just a bit much and overwhelming. I had a small need/concern with my tooth and Robert Hodous took me right in, addressed and fixed the problem. Less than a year later I had extreme pain, and I went back and was told I needed an additional root canal on the tooth next to it. I got a second opinion, and in fact I DID NOT need a root canal on that tooth (which he was going to charge $1500 additional for), I needed his work redone! I went to dr Black's office and the answer I got from the manager (after I had to walk in and meet her face to face to make her talk to me) was hands in the air "sometimes a root canal fails". They also referred me to a specialist who confirmed the 2nd opinion, who was a brand new 23 year old dentist by the way! That the tooth Dr Black said needed a root canal on did not. And his work needed to be redone, and was severely infected!!! His words were " The good news is, there's not permanent damage, but you are right on the cusp of it." If I would have trusted Dr black, like I should be able to, I would have been out several thousand more than the THOUSANDS I am already out, and had permanent damage. DO NOT go to him!!!!!!!!!! I have reported him to the board!!! He's a crook....
