The entirety of Dr. Sinada's team welcomed us and set about making all of us, especially Noah comfortable. They geared everything they did toward his comfort while providing copious quantities of information. Noah allowed CT scan and pictures without so much as a peep or being scared. Amazing!! We we're given a tour and met everyone and even though Noah is not a super social person he did extremely well. We left there with tons of information and feeling super excited about our next visit next year knowing we have the best of the best working for Noah and his smile. Dean McNeel has the owner of OP , Dr Personaire and their staff is amazingly caring, kind, patient and professional! They have been working on Kari our 39 year old daughter who has Cerebral palsy. I know she is a hard case to do as she can't keep her mouth open so they have to always sedate her. The office is always immaculately clean . There is individual coffee, hot chocolate and hot tea waiting in the waiting room to help keep you and/or your companion comfortable. You won't find a better group of professionals to care for you or a loved one ! Kari will soon get her permanent implants ! We can't wait ! I had my teeth cleaned for the first time at Ozark Prosthodontics on July 27, 2022. Their hygienist is in the top 2 of all who have cleaned my teeth over the years. I used this team back in 1998 - 2000 with a complex case. After I fell on April 2, 2022 breaking my front crowns and tooth peg caused me to start from scratch leading to another complex case. I am RELIEVED I have Dr. Dean McNeel once again as my lead prosthodontist with his dream team working on my case! I am in healing stage. Once again, everything looks promising! My daughter is not yet one of Ozark Prosthodontics' patients, but I have had multiple phone and zoom conversations with staff members and a doctor at the clinic. They are kind, compassionate, professional, extremely responsive, and very informative. My daughter has a complicated condition, and they all have taken a lot of time to explain to me everything from insurance coverage to potential treatment plans to what her decade-long process would look like. We are out of state (CA); if we were even half the distance away, we would take our daughter to Ozark, no question. I have been a patient of Ozark Pros for probably over 25 years. I have had full mouth dental implants by Dr. McNeel and Staff and have been very pleased. My mouth has been somewhat of a challenge with soft bone and thin gums. However, I trusted Dr. McNeel and he was able to provide me with a healthy and beautiful smile.
