November 4, 2020 at 10:30am I went in for bloodwork. The nurse worked in the lab furthest back. I explained my blood is usually taken from the back of my hand. She wanted to try my arm. She put the needle in and out several times. She also shoved the needle all the way in to the plastic. She then wiggled it from side to side. Before this happened I asked her not to dig around. She dug. There is so much more. She then wanted to do my other arm. I said no. I did something I never do I left. My arm is bruised. I see two holes in the same area . She must have pulled it all the way out and stuck it in again. Worse experience ever. read more

I visited Fulton Urgent Care on a Sunday afternoon, after my 7 year old had been fighting a fever despite Motrin and Tylenol around the clock. We signed in the second we walked in, to a very friendly smiley woman. From there we were immediately triaged, again a friendly face and knowledge nurse. We then were followed into a treatment room by Colin PA, who immediately examined my daughter and reviewed with us the plan of care . Colin was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She then proceeded to have an X-ray and within minutes we had results . Our discharge instructions were given by Sherry RN, another friendly, smiling staff member. From start to finish, we were our way home in less than 1 hour. Fantastic job to everyone at Fulton Urgent Care! I will definitely recommend your facility! read more

I went in for normal blood work. The woman who had dark hair, wore blue scrubs and was working the very back lab. Butchered my arm. She drove the needle in and out. I requested that she not dig for blood. She rammed the needle all the way to the plastic in my arm. She then wiggled it from one side to the other side several times. Causing me great pain. She finally removed the needle and wanted to try my other arm. I said no and left. She was brutal and mean. If I could give a minus review I would. My arm is damaged from her. read more

My daughter caught what appeared to be a cold or the flu just a day before her end-of-year final exams. She was up all night with clogged ears and painful pressure. Because she has a history of ear infections, I thought it was best to have her ears checked to rule out a possible ear infection but her doctor's office had no available appointments. So I brought her to Urgent Care. We arrived to find an empty lobby. Only 3 people had scribbled their names onto the sign-in sheet some 45-minutes before our arrival. The receptionist confirmed that it was a slow morning and sure enough, within minutes, they ushered us into a room to wait for a doctor. I noticed that all of the other rooms, except one, were unoccupied and was relieved that we were lucky enough to arrive on a slow day. I figured I would have enough time to go to the pharmacy if a prescription was necessary. I was wrong. After an hour and 20 minutes waiting, I went looking for a doctor, informing the nursing staff, who were socializing at the nurse's station, that we had to leave soon because of my daughter's regents exam. The head nurse blatantly lied about their very busy morning, despite the unoccupied rooms, the empty lobby and the idle nursing staff. I waited another 20 minutes before informing them that we had to leave. The head nurse shrugged stiffly and dismissed us with a curt: "If you gotta go, you gotta go." Not her problem, in other words. Yes, Captain Obvious, thank you for your insight and your five-star, professional conduct... They were sharing cute anecdotes about their toddler's latest milestone when I guided my sick daughter past them, cradling her ear in her hand. They didn't even spare her a glance. Very lazy, unprofessional and dishonest staff. Utterly disgusting. Avoid this office. read more

I would give this facility one star if given the option to do so. I came to the urgent care facility for a UTI. My poor experience started right away with the receptionist. I was uncomfortable stating my social security number out loud in a waiting room full of strangers. For some reason she was perplexed by this and spoke to me condescending as I wrote it down on a piece of paper. She was also rude when I was asking questions about documents needing signatures. I am one of the few who reads everything before signing my name to anything. Once I was in the room I waited an additional two hours to see a doctor. The doctor was female, extremely thin and sickly. She told me my urine culture came back negative and I didn't have a UTI. When I tried to talk to her about a plan for treatment of some sort to relieve symptoms, she became flagrantly disrespectful. Her mood changed so quickly I was sitting there thinking she was either on drugs or suffering some form of psychosis. She did not take any objective data and neglected to feel around the area. And when I tried telling her I needed something to help me she spoke to me as if I had an intellectual disability. I have a master's degree in speech-language pathology. As UTI symptoms are difficult to deal with, I left and went to another Urgent Care. Lo and behold my culture came back positive and the doctor observed tenderness in the area during the physical exam. I don't know if the facility switched urine samples or lied about the results or what. I opted in to take a survey and at the end of the survey I received an automated response stating someone would contact me. No one ever did and it's been exactly a week. DO NOT GO THERE. read more
