Sometimes I'm not greeted. Usually they're busy taken care of other customers. I've never had a problem with service. They was willing to go over and beyond for me. Every time I have gone into the store someone always assist me. It's my opinion, people just need to be more patience and respectful. They have families as to take care of. If the role was reverse how would you feel. Everyone is due respect & patience and STOP rushing doing last minute preparations. Try saying with a smile, have a beautiful day, etc it goes along way. I had time to really think about this location and posted a honest, not over emotional review . At first I begin my review the same night I visited which was May 10, 2018 . and for that reason I was so disgusted with the services an attitude I received from one of the sales associates at the cashier that made me write , beginning my previously review ! I should had of took the yelp review serious , but I wanted to see for myself if the service here was horrible . I was searching around for Big letter sliver balloons to spell out the word prom , so I remember this place was next to Chick-fil-A and decided to call , see if they had it . When I called someone informed me they did , said also they will be open until 9pm . I made my way there, when I walked in the store it was empty . They do have a nice selection of party balloons, items . The big sliver balloons was hanging by the front desk cashier area. The young lady there with braces-was standing behind the cashier counter customer service was below average (meaning not welcoming) . The balloons was $14.95 each . and there was prop prom photo items I was going to purchase as well , so I asked her was it a extra charge to blow up the balloons she answer in a rude way $14.95 I reply back what ? she said thats the price with a snappy attitude . I said oh wow .Yelp app was right I wont be spending my money here and walked around a little, seen another young lady employe hanging items up , I than left the store. This is where I stop, continue another visit, which is totally different . I end up founding the same item's at party city for $9.99 each way cheaper, they was sold out of the letters prom , so I just got one letter which was the letter K . I had to pick up a nugget trays at Chick- fil - a May 11 ,2018 .for event I was hired to do . I honestly didn't want to go back to this location but my client wanted the big letter prom balloons, so I didn't have a choice but to buy them on short notice. My next experience when I walked in the same young lady was there with braces looked Exactly in my face , was completely surprise to see me again, I would say looked kind of worry . It was 2 other lady's working with her to blow up balloons bouquets , the employe that was located at the cashier asked If she could help me , she was extremely polite and informational in explaining how to care for the balloons when traveling in the hot heat . They was extremely busy as well , I wasn't there no more than 15 mins . So for this reason my feelings is mix about this establishment . The prices are high , you can found the same items other places if you shop around , the service can be better if you visit certain times, days with certain employees. But who have time to do all of that if you're a busy person. My advice take your chance , see what you get when shopping here if you have the time to Invest in this business . read more

This place is ridiculous! I always bought things from here because they were convenient and had good stuff. Their customer service is terrible and they take no responsibility for any mistakes on their part! Even if it's the right thing to do! They popped one of my balloons that I brought to them, then when my family member went to pick them up they told him it was cheap quality and they won't give me a refund even though THEY popped my balloon. They said "we're not responsible for this and this" is a cheap way out to not do the right thing. If I could give them negative stars I would. read more

Each time I go into this store, I remember why I left unsatisfied the last time. Whenever you order balloons, they're never ready when you pick them up. This has happened to me three times. The older lady with the glasses always seems bothered to serve people and isn't very helpful. I tried to show her a picture of balloons that I wanted and she barely looked at the pic and told me that it would be over $1,000 and that they couldn't do it anyway. She didn't even listen when I told her that I was looking to get a piece from the entire structure not the whole thing. She was very dismissive and not pleasant at all. Today I came to pick up balloons that were supposed to be ready at noon. I arrived at 12:15 the balloons weren't ready. The same lady told me, "the pick up time is noon" in a very snooty manner like I had arrived before my pick up time. It frustrating because this is the only balloon store in the area, but at this point, I'm thinking I should just make the trip to party city. read more

The customer service here SUCKS!!! They don't even greet u when u walk in the store. I went there looking for stuff for my baby shower and walked around the store for a good while ,and not 1 person asked if I was looking for anything in particular. Definitely won't be back read more

Customer service could be better. I bought serval items for a party and went to return unopened items they accused me of cutting the package and somehow sealing it closed again. She said she would return two but not the third. The items were three packs of cups, the package read 25 cups. The accusation was totally unwarranted and untrue. The package in question was not cut or torn open ever, and there was no visual evidence of this. She said the top of the plastic looked shorter and not straight like the other two I was returning. On top of that the cashier counts the cups through the package, just my fucking luck there are only 24 cups in the package. I was told all packages sold has exactly 25 cups and if there were 24 then I definitely opened this package at some point in time. I'm not crazy, this is how I bought the cups. So I counted the other two I was returning, one had 25 cups and the other "untampered with" package had 26 cups. After speaking with the manager, they returned them. At this point it wasn't about the money. I went to the section is the store were these items are sold and actually counted cups in every like package, which by the way not all have exactly symmetrical package at top where the seal is. The one I was returned compared to the rest did not look tampered with, because it fucking wasn't! Also, beware if you buy items there the quantities advertised are always accurate. I counted the number of cups in all the packages on the shelf and at least five had either 24 or 26 cups, but not exactly 25. The argument for not wanting to to return an item for not have symmetrical packaging or exactly 25 cups should be taken up with their vendor not customers. All around bad customer services...I'm still bothered by it. I don't think I'll be shopping there again because the treatment I received as a person was not only unfair, but disrespectful and accusatory. Wrong in so many ways. read more
