I was given a…read moreFOUR HOUR window of 7-11 of when it would be delivered so I scheduled my whole morning around this long window in order to be here for delivery and was told when I reserved the house that I would get a call with a closer estimate of delivery time. By 9:30 I still hadn't heard from them so I messaged just to get an update. I got a response saying the delivery guy will call me with an update. By 10:39 I still hadn't heard a word so I then called as I had to pick up a cake for 11:30. I got no answer and had to leave a voicemail. I got a return call at 10:48 from the delivery guy telling me he was 30 minutes away to deliver the house I reserved. By this time I had already left my house thinking i had been stood up and would not be able to even get the house and could not get back because I had to pick up a cake so I had to cancel the whole thing. In doing this, not once did this company put forth any effort to make this mishap right. I DO NOT recommend renting from this company as they are NOT professional in any way and acted nonchalant about the whole thing. So do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for any blowup rental. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company. And not to mention a VERY upset little girl!!!
