Prices were reasonable. Set up crew was competent; however, they did not set up tables or chairs, stating it wasn't in the work request. Office staff made no mention of a set up fee. Company failed to remove tent, tables, and chairs as scheduled. When they did show up with out notice a day later, crew did not close gate and one of my dogs got out which could have been a disaster.

She brings out a wine chiller with a spoon. Not only would that not keep the gumbo hot, I would have had to refill it every 5 minutes. They had no problem refunding me my money BUT it was a very big inconvenience the morning of a party. Glad I wasn't putting on a wedding or a major event. Also, when I reserved the Soup warmer I asked the girl on the phone if they had any DJ equipment or speakers available, she stated that with Cinco De Mayo (which is next week) they were all rented out. Well on the morning of our party, while I was at the store the worker told me they had 3 available. MORAL OF THE STORY, this company needs to get a better tracking system for their inventory, and maybe pull the items in advance so that they can give their customers a heads up when they can not locate their inventory.
