They had me choose a template I liked from Etsy, then customized it to perfectly fit our black-and-white wedding theme, including our names and wedding date. I loved being able to personalize everything to match the look of our wedding. On the day of the wedding, they arrived on time and had a great selection of setup and backdrop options to choose from. They were also incredibly flexible when I asked if they could stay longer than the time we had originally booked. They were able to extend our rental for a small additional fee, which we really appreciated! One of the best parts was how quickly we received all of our photos. Literally the next day, we received a custom link with photos from the entire party, and we had up to 60 days to download everything. Overall, I'm extremely happy we booked UR On Photos for our wedding. The photo booth was such a fun addition to the night, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a photo booth for their wedding or next event!

I completely understood and unfortunately had to try and find somebody else, however, they did not offer to send me a refund, but instead just offer me a free event in the future. However, this was during the holidays, and I was already struggling to find someone else let alone find the money to be able to do that. I politely ask them to please send me a refund and it has been more than a month that I have not received a response to any of my text messages and to my surprise I called their phone number and now it is disconnected. I am disappointed that I have no guarantee of receiving my refund and now I have no line of communication. I'm hoping that they see this message and get back to me because I really enjoyed using them in the past but this is unacceptable and disappointing. I do not appreciate how they have handled this because a professional response of any kind to my text is the minimum.

Usually photo booth rentals provided one strip for the group and one for the scrap book but not cloud nine. If you were in a group of 12, each of you got your own strip. This vendor is worth the price. They offer different pricing options (standard, premium, and ultimate). I chose the Standard Open Air Booth Package, which includes 2 hrs of photo service, unlimited photos, custom graphic design, choice of backdrop, party props, online gallery, free delivery, and manned or unmanned operation. The awesome thing is that it is highly customizable to your event. You can add additional hrs. You can add unlimited prints. I highly recommend this add-on, so everyone in the photo can bring one home. (Pro tip: Extra prints can be placed in your guestbook.) There are many print layouts you can choose from. We went with a festive polka-a-dot layout with my and my husband's names and our wedding date. Similarly, there are a lot of various backdrops offered. They have glittery ones and different metallic streamers. Our event host was very professional and polite throughout the night. Aside from the wide selection of quality and attractive props, guests had the opportunity to choose from different themes (color, b&w, sepia, and I think one more but I forgot) for their photos. The booth is attractive, fun, and well-maintained. You can't fit as many people in a photo as you could in open-air photobooth for obvious reasons, but honestly, it doesn't really matter because Adeline is worth it in my opinion! :) Plus, guests had no problem taking large group photos in front of it, too. Aside from the guests' photo strips, we were also given a commemorative guest book, a super cute USB, and a link to our online album. Most importantly, Janal, the owner, is very thorough, friendly, and communicative, and she made everything about our experience foolproof! She and the gentleman running the booth at our wedding ensured our guests had a great experience. Even during the planning process (ie. customizing our design for the bottom of the photos), Janal was very patient with me and came up with great ideas since I was so indecisive.
