I appreciated his kind and understanding nature as we did have some tipsy friends who didn't want to leave the booth and then there was my three year old daughter and her little friends taking the props to play with and photo bomb a bunch of sets. Lol! Jake's high level of service doesn't end there. He gave us a thumb drive of all the photos taken that night as single frame photos and as printed strips. He then had the photos available on his Facebook page and on his website with our own personal login. He made the photos accessible for anyone. How cool is that?! At the end of the party, he handed me a USB drive with all of the photos, so I had them posted online before everyone woke up the next morning. Super friendly, communicative, and on top of everything without ever getting in the way of the party flow. They set up quickly, kept the energy up, and made sure everyone knew how to get their photos and prints. Speaking of prints--the final product was high quality. I paid extra for custom props and a scrap book which, we got to keep our custom props! Usually photo booth rentals provided one strip for the group and one for the scrap book but not cloud nine. If you were in a group of 12, each of you got your own strip. I politely ask them to please send me a refund and it has been more than a month that I have not received a response to any of my text messages and to my surprise I called their phone number and now it is disconnected. I am disappointed that I have no guarantee of receiving my refund and now I have no line of communication. I'm hoping that they see this message and get back to me because I really enjoyed using them in the past but this is unacceptable and disappointing.
