We did the Tuscany wine tour with 5 family members and had a great time. Fun in Tuscany guides treated us like royalty. We visited 2 family owned wineries and sampled several great wines. We were treated a delicious pasta lunch. Getting out to see the countryside was a treat and visiting the small town of San Gimignano. The guides were super nice. The vespa ride was a wonderful unique experience, and the guides do there job well. Only complaint was they really didnt let you go full throttle on the Vespa, Welp! My wife and I did the full day chianti tour. We were in a nice air conditioned van with about 6 others and I think there were 3 vans total as part of the group which was a great small group (not too big or small). We first stopped for a view of Florence then our first winery where we took a tour, sampled 3 wines, and had great cheeses, breads, olives, Olive oil, and balsamic. We then went to small historical village where we were able to shop and get gelato before going to the second winery. We had a three course meal and about 10 tastings - wow! Food and wine were great and our guide/driver was fantastic. I'd recommend this tour for others as it's a great value and memorable experience. read more

Exceeded exceptions. Aubs and I tried the full day wine tasting tour, which took us to 2 different wineries, and historic San Gimignano. The first winery really got into the nitty gritty details on their organic farming practices. Their wine was very good but what really impressed me was the generous amounts of food that came with each tasting. The balsamic was my favorite. The second winery was great as well, they served lunch and taught us the correct method for holding and tasting the wine. The key take away here was the pairing between the food and the wine. This was the most amazing and fun-filled experience ever. We partook in the Chianti Wine Tour with our guides Adel and Antonio and another couple. The tour started out with a quick pit stop at the most picturesque vista in Florence at the Piazzale Michelangelo. After a few quick snaps, we took off on a 30-minute drive through Tuscany to the San Gimignano area of the Chianti region. The first stop was at a full-production organic farm & winery where they make everything from olive oil, to saffron, to the special breed of cows that Florentine Steaks are made from. We toured their wine-making process and then sat down in a cozy dining room by a fire to taste their wine and olive oil with fresh cheese, salami and bread. The second stop is a walk through the preserved Medievil town of San Gimignano. The town itself is like walking through history untouched. Also in the town is a world champion Gelato maker with flavors you simply won't find any where else and the quality to back it. After the walk through, we then went to another winery with a wide array of Super Tuscans, Chianti, and Chianti Classico (about ten wines tasted in total) to try along with a full-course meal made in house for lunch. Your taught the proper way to taste wine and breakdown the ingredients that lead to the delicious flavors and pairings and also get to try out their Truffle Oil other delicious add-ons. Much can be said of this tour but coming from someone who's tasted in practically every wine region of California, I can say that no tour or tasting experience has even come close to the amount of fun we had here. This was without a doubt the highlight of our trip to Italy among everything we did. Both Adel and Antonio were the value-added and used their knowledge and great personalities to make the tour one-of-a-kind. I wouldn't trade the time we spent here for anything else we did in Italy and highly recommend this for everyone to try at least once. read more

We booked the horseback riding with the wine tasting and what a blast! Our guide, Daniel, was really great! He kept the conversation going and had probably the best music playlist ever! The horseback riding was really nice with Diego and the views were even better! For dinner, we had salad, soup, and lasagna. I'm not really a lasagna person but I think I might have finished it in all of five minutes! It was very good! There were a lot of wines but don't get full of wine before tasting that last wine- the dessert wine! Really great! After that Daniel stopped at the Piazzale Michelangelo which wasn't on the itinerary so that was a stunning surprise. We had a lot of fun on the way back just singing along to his playlist and laughing at each other. It was a fantastic day and would definitely recommend to anyone! read more

My daughter and I just did the Vespa tour to San Gimignano and wine tasting. This was the best day on our 2-week Italian vacation so far! Neither one of us had ridden Vespas before but we both did fine. This was a fabulous way to see the Italian countryside up close and personal. This tour was the most fun I've ever had in Italy. My friends and I rode Vespas, went to San Gimignano, ate world renowned gelato, had a wine tasting lunch with the best lasagna you'll ever have only to end our day at a hot spring. I've traveled a lot, and tours do not get better than this. We had 3 guides and they were all a blast- really fun energetic guys who like to goof around. Antonio, one of the guides insisted I take his jacket because I'd be cold on the Vespa tour. My friend fell off her Vespa on the tour and ripped her leather jacket, so Esom, one of the other guides, made some calls and found a place she could drop it off for a repair. He even gave his belt to one of the other travelers because he needed it. Seriously an incredible group of guys. We were able to ride the Vespas for about 2 hours into San Gimignano because the boys led us on a really fantastic scenic route where we stopped to take pictures. Beyond that this trip was only 130 Euro or so, which is insane given everything you got out of it. The hot spring was beautiful and the most relaxing day you could ask for. At the end of it all, Sam, one of the tour guides, even dropped my friends and I off at our doorstep. read more

Our guide Sam was fantastic. He was very attentive and patient while we asked lots of questions about the area. The 2 wineries we visited were beautiful and informative. We went on the horseback riding tour. It was amazing to say the least. You meet your guides in front of a cafe (try their cannoli). The views are awesome, and the tour is a great way to see the countryside. The lunch at the vineyard was the best meal we had all trip, and the food in Italy is incredible to begin with. read more
