Amy helped us find our venue and the various vendors we needed to hire. She supported us in meetings with the venue and other vendors and interfaced with all of the vendors prior to and during the wedding to ensure we were all coordinated. There were many aspects of the wedding that we did not consider during the planning process and Amy brought them to our attention and helped us determine how we wanted to handle them. Amy's timeline for the wedding day was invaluable and helped us keep everyone on schedule. She and her team handled all of the vendors, oversaw the venue setup, cut the cake for us, and handled the take down at the venue after the reception. She helped us get the entire wedding party to the church on time and directed the photographers to where they could find the various parties to take photos. Amy ran the rehearsal so that everyone knew what they were supposed to do and when, and on the wedding day, she did the same thing. As the MOB I did not have to worry about anything. The fact they are not open on the weekends makes…read moreme wonder what would happen if i had trouble w my rentals for my event on a Saturday or Sunday when most events are held. The tables we rented were in pretty beat up shape. The wood was rotten and feet on tables and chairs lacked bumpers. If my business was rentals for party venues I'd invest in quality products bc it reflects on my business. There's room for improvement and I hope they strive for a higher bar.

Having a birthday party for a 90 year old, at the family ranch, in the middle of November, with over 100 guests ATTENDING, was such a daunting project. Tent, wooden tables, wooden chairs, wooden benches, all dinnerware and silverware, table linens, chargers, serving pieces, drink and coffee dispensers.....But Amy was there throughout the process. Offering suggestions, assistance, clarifications, and the assurance that it was going to be great. Delivery day went smoothly. One table that was delivered was found to have only 3 legs and the plates received were the wrong size. Our ranch is 30+ miles from Party Time and panic set in....only to be replaced with calm after the prompt delivery of the other leg and the correct plates by a special crew. Pick-up was smooth and uneventful, which was another blessing. Both crews were amazing and arrived at the time they were expected. The party was amazing and my father was so proud of the event and I received so many compliments about the set-up. Without Amy and Party Time, I could not have accomplished such a monumental project. Not what we had discussed! 6) Her assistant is mean, and I heard how she spoke with the venue staff- my dad was embarassed. My sisters fiance at the time, also heard how she talked to people and was upset 7) I just attended my sisters wedding, it was in Bryan- they used the facility coordinator- it was much nicer than my wedding, more things, better food, because they did haven't to pay Ashleys fee! DO NOT BE FOOLED! 8) Plus she is rude, and talks to people like you are dumb- she thinks she is sticking up for you to vendors, when in fact she is suppose to be representing you- and its just a disgraceful reflection

The intimate, charming setting highlighted the beautiful architecture of this amazing 3-4 story building renovated by a very gifted family that has taken great pride to preserve the beautiful venue! The two buildings work together to seamlessly move guest from the wedding to the reception! It was outstanding! I hope that someday I'll have an opportunity to host my guest in this amazing center located in our beautiful downtown Navasota!
