I was offered a 50% refund since we didn't use their service, but a week after the wedding they ghosted me and I never received the refund. I would not use them again.

Details Party rental did not get in touch with me until THE DAY BEFORE the event, and said they did not have 150 chairs. They failed to tell me this when I scheduled the rental 4 days prior.
