Came here for the first time with my kids. Back home in Hawaii, we have a D&Bs, miniature golf, an axe throwing place, a laser tag, bowling alley, a corn hole area with a bar all in their own shops. This place has all of these fun activities in one place. My kids and I enjoyed it. I guess it really depends on what activities that you want. We just went to the arcade and we also got to see the huge laser tag arena. They also sell fast food items and areas to throw a party. We will definitely be back to check out the bowling and laser tag. This is a loud place so don't expect some peace and quiet. Watch your kids because they can easily get lost in this huge place. This is a great place to take your grandchildren, they like doing all the fun things and bowling.

Night out with friends - we went that night because children bowl free. Got 2 lanes - one for adults and one for kids. This fake blonde curly headed kid with an assistant manager badge told us if we bowled together on the adult lane, it would take away the amount of games the kids got. In other words, all 6 adults in the party bowling together would punish the 5 children who were on their own lane. Had a great time at glow in the dark bowling. There was 12 of us. They gave us 3 lanes together. With shoes it was about $50 per lane for an hour. Customer service at main desk not super friendly, but got us shoes and lanes. Had a server, which was fabulous and made getting drinks super easy! It was my first time there. Neat place!!! read more

A great place for kids for a fun group event. While looking for a place to have a team bonding outing for our softball team, we found this place. We arrived at 5 on a Friday and no issue getting bowling lanes. The staff was friendly and helpful to ensure we had the best deal. The set up is fun's our players were able to bowl, play laser tag, and have fun in the arcade. Its sad how bad this place has become. Brought my father here for the first time to have some Son and Father time only for it to go badly. They have promoted this special and decided to go. As you can see, it says SATURDAY! They even have it shown on their screen inside the building! We had paid for the special, only for them to back track and say they cant respect the purchase. They said the special is a WEEKDAY only special, but it's promoted to start on a weekend? Can someone help me make sense of this? They were begging for us to get a refund, and THEN PAY FULL PRICE for bowling! $36.99/hr + cost of shoes! Yeah no thank you! They even had three audacity to ask after "Do you still want to bowl" Like if they did just not respect the purchase and false advertisement they did. No compensation, no apologies, nothing. Ruined the day, dad had a bad view of this place now, and so do I. Next time make sure ur advertisement is correct before posting it OR respect the purchase people make!!!! When we brought it up we hadn't gotten our food they said it was our fault even though we had someone literally read the lane numbers over the phone to the person ordering. They told us to then pay for more food as they weren't making more even though we hadn't received the food we already paid for. read more

Was looking to kill time for an hour or two but instead went back to our hotel to take a midafternoon nap. Very disappointed in the location seeing that they could have let us play and we could have paid after. However, the staff members at this establishment are very poorly trained in customer service and in alcohol guidelines through the state of Texas. Please train your employees (Brandon) better! The bowling balls kept getting stuck and we would have to wait at least 10 minutes each time someone would bowl for the balls to return. The arcade was good but the bowling was horrible. The customer service was horrid all they did was stand in our lane looking absolutely gobsmacked for at least 5 minutes asking into their mics what to do. Would not recommend. read more

Was really disappointed Made plans to attend with a group on a Wednesday night to find that there were no lanes available in the entire place. Apparently league play is Mon-Thur and they only allow four non league lanes. We were told these lanes were booked also, so there was no room at all for us. We decided to hang around and do a few other things (eat, drink, and play games) but after mediocre service and less than amazing drink selection we decided to bail. On our way out about 1-1/2 - 2 hours later, we notice that there was still no one on the lanes we were told we couldn't use. I totally understand league nights and that's where they make their money. But at least put something on the website indicating that we should call ahead. I've never had this type issue at any other bowling center. read more

Grand Station was very clean, the staff was friendly and they were very accommodating to my nephew, who is in a wheelchair. I wanted to share a very poor customer service experience I had at Grand Station recently. On Tuesday night we had a problem with one of our lanes. Typically when that happens the bowlers look around for someone that can help and when you get their attention they come to your lane to resolve any concerns. On this night I caught the attention of Ben (one of the managers). Ben looked directly at me with his arms folded, never attempted to walk my way and waited for me to get up to him. He then proceeded to inform me that someone was already at the lanes to help, pointing in that direction while only unfolding one arm. His demeanor was very much like he was above having to help a customer and even bothered by my asking for help. I told him that next time a customer is asking for his help he should at the very least not just stand there staring at them and actually walk towards them like he is remotely concerned about helping. He didn't apologize and just kept standing there with his arms folded with a grin on his face. I observed him the rest of the night to see if that was a one off. Unfortunately it was not as every time I saw anyone try to get his attention he just stood there like he could not be bothered or he was above anyone there with his arms either folded or in his pockets. Ben acted that night as if he was the owner of Grand Station and could not be bothered to help anyone. Usually customer service is great here, this is the first time I've had any encounter with Ben and it was highly disappointing. Thank You. read more

This place just flat out sucks. New terminology would call this place full of "Karens". They're shoes are dangerously slippery as I fell bowling the first time. Proceeding that, the entire staff starred at me every single time I went to bowl. Also heard the staff debating to kick me out. For what? I am not sure but staff continued to just stare the whole time as I felt uncomfortable and not welcome for things I couldn't control, but they definitely could. Sad this is the only place to bowl in College Station because this place just blows. Highly recommend not going. read more

This was our 1st time at Grand Station and I wasnt familiar with the process or what they had to offer. Ryan was the shift leader in the gaming area and Wilie was the cashier who helped us. These two gentleman w,plained to me, myfriemd and my 15 year old son how things worked. We really came to play laser tag bit since it was early Sunday afternoon there wernt many people playing. Instead Willie used his wonderful customer service skills and upsold me to 30 min on the VR headset at 1 time. (Good job) Ryan ran his crew with positive redirection and a kind attitude. When we had a problem with a game he came right over to fix it. We will definitely be coming back to be big kids and spend to much money again. They do have wonderful specials they told us about. First time at this venue and location...came with a large party. They had dedicated lanes for us, buffet style set up in front of our lines with additional seating reserved to accommodate our party. One of the Managers took good care of our party...when I didn't get to a slice of pizza, I asked the Manager if I could just order a personal size pizza. She brought me a large-sized pizza because 3-4 children in our group didn't get to eat at the same time as the others in our group. How wonderful is that...after being there for hours...especially after having a 12+ hour day. I totally left without even thinking about the fact that I never received my bill or was even asked to pay for the extra pizza until an hour after I left Grand Station. I called the venue and asked if I could pay for the pizza over the phone...I totally didn't mean to skip out on the bill. However I was told the Manager comp'd the pizza...this is amazing. The representative on the phone didn't provide the Manager's name but I will say this is a perfect example of "exceptional customer service". Thank you! Thank you! Stopped here for a game of mini golf the other day with a friend. Definitely had a great time trying out their course and would recommend them to others who want to have a fun evening with the kids. We went on a weekday night and it wasn't really crowded. Pros: + secluded to the side + not too crowded + glow in the dark - kids would definitely get a kick out of it + course wasn't too difficult. It took us maybe twenty minutes to get through. Might be a little bit of a challenge for the yongsters + parking was super easy! Cons - area was a little older - a bit understaffed when we went - but what else would you expect on a weekday? read more

Everytime I have gone my lane has been EXTREMELY slick and when I ask if there's anything they can do to help I was quoted with "oh so she thinks she's a professional" and sass. I get it because they didn't understand but the rude comments that were made after were so disrespectful. Owner, and board member of the Tx High School Bowling, is greedy, has no care, consideration, empathy, or concern for a senior high school girls bowling team that have EARNED their place at an All-Star tournament for the region! From midnight until 2pm today he says he has booked 13 birthday parties for Saturday and can not accommodate their girls team! Booking 13 parties for a little town of college station between the time they opened at noon - 2pm??? Come on!! His "alternative" was allowing them to bowl against the boys teams on Sunday. Because that's fair, right???? When questioned about it he hung up on the bowling coach and stopped accepting his phone calls... what a great owner and person of character that you would want to give your money to and to have be on the board of your kids high school bowling association, where they are supposed to be making decisions FOR and about the kids, isn't it??? He is making this decision as an Owner, and couldn't care less about the kids! There are 4 Seniors on this team that will NEVER have the chance to bowl in high school again, and didn't get to bowl last year when they earned their spots because Covid cancelled the tournament! Everyone has lost a lot because of Covid, but don't take these precious once in a lifetime achievements away from these kids that earned it because you supposedly booked 13 birthday parties in 2 hours! I EXPECTED better from a small town bowling center, and ESPECIALLY from someone on the board that should be FOR our kids! I have another child coming up and will be bowling and we will NOT bowl any tournaments here or going there when we are up to visit family every again. A group of us went to Grand Station to bowl and have some fun because we don't get to see eachother due to some of us being from out of town...we came across Grand Station offering unlimited bowling from 9-close (11 pm), sounds great. At 10:05 they started making us feel rushed with our food. Then they started making us feel rushed by closing the lanes around us, at 1020 they shut off one of our lanes, ​1040 the ended our other game. You guys close at 11, why are we being rushed out at 1040. You guys suck at customer service and I was so pissed off at how rude the whole ordeal made us feel. It's one step above a Chuck E Cheese, but with the same type of disillusioned staff praying for a quick death. Go for the fun and games, stay for smell of disappointment! The games are your standard issue variety, with a food section for hosting kids parties. You'll marvel at the tiny mini golf course corner, and really be impressed as you spin round and round in the other corner of the building where they keep what they euphemistically call bumper cars. The fact of the matter is, the only people who really come here are the bowlers. People who dig on the bowling alleys located on the other side of the building. Looking for that?
