We've spent a lot of time here this summer and have always enjoyed bringing our kids, but the atmosphere has noticeably declined to the point where it no longer feels welcoming or family-friendly. My daughter is 5 years old, and at one point she was simply standing next to me while I was with my younger child in the 3-and-under area. We were immediately told we needed to separate. I'm sorry, but I'm not comfortable forcing my children to split up when I'm actively supervising both of them. The interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and completely dismissive of basic parental judgment. The staff also suddenly became extremely strict about outside coffee, stating it wasn't allowed unless it came from the neighboring business. At the same time, I could clearly see multiple other guests with drinks from elsewhere that were not addressed at all. The inconsistency was glaring and made the enforcement feel arbitrary and unfair, as though certain families were being targeted while others were ignored. Overall, the staff came across as more interested in policing minor technicalities than actually creating a positive, welcoming environment for families. A children's play space should feel relaxed and accommodating, not like a place where parents are constantly monitored, corrected, or singled out over harmless situations. It's especially disappointing given how much we've enjoyed this place in the past, but after today's experience, the environment has become so unpleasant that we won't be returning.

My only complaint is it felt very stuffy and not well air-conditioned or ventilated. After 2 hours of play on a hot Houston morning, the kids were flushed and everyone was dripping in sweat! "Socks only" play in the main play zone, which hosts a big structure, 2 stories, basically a kids' obstacle course. So many things to jump on, climb, and slide down, made mostly of foam and inflatable material for cushioning. Adults have plenty of seating right in front of the play zone, where they could enjoy a coffee or concessions and enjoy a mom's meetup. They have a few hot & iced coffees available to order, along with some grab & go bottled drinks. There are also a couple of private rooms for hosting parties. Came here for a friend's birthday party, and the kids (ages 2 to 5) had a blast.... They spent a pretty penny ($700 for the middle tier "Premier" package) but it included: - Admission for 15 kiddos - A face painter hired for an hour - Dance party & photos with the monkey mascot - Meal (chicken nuggets & pizza) plus snacks - Room decorations & cake cutting - Gift Bags for guests Food is pretty decent. With how busy it is, I think things are still running pretty well. I think most of the complaints on here are targeted incorrectly at the business. Parents should still be parenting in this space, but I see a lot of parents letting kids roam free and doing unsafe things. It's not the staff's job to parent! The only thing I think could be added are seats for little kiddos in the bathroom, as I've been to another play space with it hanging in the stalls.

We met up with my mom, sister, and niece so the kids could play. This was fun for both my two year-old and my six year-old niece. I definitely think that it's geared towards the younger ones... which they make perfectly clear. We reserved a spot from 11-1 which was a good time. It was busy and there weren't very many places to sit. People had tables reserved with their stuff which was a little frustrating since they weren't sitting there. The whole time we were there we saw at least two or three tables that had items on them, but no people. I think it would be nice if they had cubbies or containers... some sort of spot where people can leave their stuff and go hang out with their kids without blocking tables for those who plan on actually sitting at them. It's a great place to be able to have some coffee either by yourself or with a friend while your child(ren) play. They do have some small bites you can order as well as snacks for kids. They specify that you are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks. Of course water is the exception here as basically everyone had their giant tumblers as well as smaller ones for the kiddos. You're also allowed to bring things like baby food and whatever toddler snacks you keep in your bag at any given time. While they say no outside for or drinks are allowed, we DID see two moms who each had a toddler and a baby that brought in Chick-fil-A. They both had strollers since they had little bitty babies. So they could've snuck the food in, I don't know. They were already there when I arrived. So they either don't care that much or the two employees I saw were too busy to notice or care. I don't know how many people were working that day, but I into saw two. One was working like crazy trying to get all the drinks and food made for everyone while the other was in the play area trying to keep an eye on everything there. They were both working hard. The lady at the counter was VERY nice and extremely helpful. Especially when I was having a hard time getting the waiver signed online. She was very patient and made our first trip here very pleasant. They do offer party packages for events like birthdays as well as private rooms where you can work for a couple hours while your child plays... for an extra fee, of course. All in all, this place is great. I'm looking forward to our next trip. My coffee was delicious. My son liked his kolache - or hot dog as he called it lol. He had fun. My niece had fun. We held a private party here for my daughter's third birthday, and it was adorably PERFECT. The price was right for renting the entire venue (a bargain for 20 kiddos and their parents). Our party hosts helped setup, decorate, served the cake, and even took photos & videos for us. And, they did most of the tear down & cleaning at the end. They brought our theme to life, complete with a custom balloon garland and party music. The ladies here really went over & beyond, exceeding my expectations. Thank you Cheyenne, Lilly, and Addy for being rockstars in bringing so much joy to her special day. Let me say it again - FREE! Little slides, a climbing structure, artificial grass to play on. There is also a classroom set up with toys and games. There is a sink located in the classroom as well as a changing table. When you enter, you'll check in and you'll get the low down. It wasn't over crowded when I was there and you don't need to make a reservation. Parking may be tricky the first time. There is parking across the street on Clay and a block over - catty corner to the church. If you park along the green fence in one of those two lots - it is free! There are reserved signs pained in the spots - but a little hard to read. If you are concerned about where you parked then just ask the security guard when you entire the church. I took off one star only because with any park-the older kids can trample the littles. Sometimes I felt like some parents weren't keeping an eye on their kids - but that's anywhere.
