I found him short tempered, agravating & unwilling to answer my questions with apparent know it all-you are a stupid customer, huge jerk attitude. A complete 180° from my 1st time experience in the store... Which is the reason I was returning to make a purchase. No one else was in this store today at the same time I was. There's no reason I want to return with todays lousey customer care.

They proceeded to excuse their team and then eventually told us how they planned to remediate the issue of damaging our cover by giving us 10% off of our bill or 10% off of a brand new cover. We felt kind of stuck because that's all they would do, but we did voice our disapproval of their remediation plan. We had honestly contracted them to help us fix a problem, not create a problem....
