Only going back to use the gift card we were given by this establishment. We started with skating- every two minutes (if not more often) the "DJ" was screaming rules into the mic. I was scolded about having shoes on the skate floor while helping my child onto the floor. Laser tag was great. Go carts-the line moved soooo slow. We finny get on and as soon as we take off my car died. After that I was never able to gain speed. I was only able to do two laps total and never let my foot off the gas. VR didn't work. So I asked for a refund. Unfortunately they don't do those-so we got a gift card. read more

first we paid for an all day band. they gave us wrong one. tried to use locker and it wouldn't work lost 1.00 then tried to use vending machine and again it took my money. very disappointing customer service. could not find anyone to help me at all. 1 star for having a roller rink attraction, 2nd star for the aracades/rink, and cafeteria, 3rd star for the convenience of having an activity to beat the rain. This place is probably awesome in the off-season. But when all the money is in town, I believe their system needs some work. I cane during spring break for my son but in California, and I'm a resident of Augusta, GA. And the line to get into this place was atrocious. We stood out in the rain for 30 minutes before getting inside, and once I filled put the waiver on my phone and got up to the 1 cashier that was tending to each and every individual trying to get in, when really they usually have 4 registers open which I found out later. I brought my skates, but once I saw their amazing cafeteria with beer on tap and a pretty legit menu. I immediately forfeited my skating privileges to get a hard seltzer after waiting 25 minutes in a line to order then another 15 minutes to get my food. This place is probably better off season let al0ne Myrtle Beach consider this was my first time visiting the city. I will probably never be back to Fun Warehouse because of this one experience, plus I don't have my son unless it's a busy holiday or Spring/Summer break. I will gladly stick to Skateland of Augusta. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back to Myrtle Beach during the busy season either. read more

We visited while vacationing in Myrtle Beach. The kids really enjoyed themselves. While there I was able to get through an entire book and started on another as they skated, did virtual reality, laser tag, go carts, bounce houses and played arcade games!!! Skating & bounce house was as long as you liked; however, the go cart, laser tag & VR only allowed 1 turn unless you purchased the "unlimited" card. The arcade was pay per game. I took off a star because my son said this place would have been perfect if they allowed you to ride the go cart more than once! read more

We went to Fun Warehouse on a rainy beach day to ride go karts and had a great time. We will be coming back!

Vacationing with our grandchildren, we wanted to find some place to ride go carts and my grandson found this place. What a great find. We had a blast, go carts, laser tag and skating under the same roof. The boys were able to use their own rollerblades which was great for them. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff were all wearing masks, encouraged social distancing and cleaned the equipment often. read more

This is truly a warehouse of fun. Came for a birthday party with my family for my cousin's sons 9th birthday. This warehouse has everything. Bowling, roller skating, arcades, go carts, inflatable shenanigans, and food. The go carts were the best part for me, and these things are pretty high tec. They have turbo boost on the steering wheels, and the carts themselves are controlled initially by the guy running the show. You're kept at a slow pace while you exit and get on to the track and then it's all opened up and you can fly around wherever and however you want to. No bumping is what they tell you, but there was bumping. Taking the corners at high speeds is also not recommended it, but I prefer to call it drifting and only spun out once. The Fun Warehouse is an indoor facility that offers go-carts, laser tag, roller skating, and inflatables (ages 10 and under). There is also an arcade and a concession stand you can visit when you want a snack. I came here with my sister and my girlfriend during our vacation to Myrtle Beach. We all had a decent time, but this is definitely a place targeted towards kids and young teens. I enjoyed the laser tag more than anything. The arena is two levels and it's packed with obstacles. The go-karts were slow, uncomfortable, and ridiculously wobbly. Kids might enjoy them, but if you've been too a decent go-kart track you will be extremely disappointed. read more

Bounce house with wine? Yeah, I'm sold. This is a great go-to spot for a rainy day in Myrtle Beach. They also have roller skating, bowling and an arcade. We found ourselves here with a 3 year old and torrential downpour complete with thunder and lightning. The arcade is what it is, good selection of prizes and I didn't see any games that were obviously rigged like I have written about other places previously. What I loved about this place, is that in the bounce house area, parents are able to escort their younger kids, and it's actually comfortable for us. Any parent who has had to try to squeeze up a chick-fil-a play space to bring down a screaming toddler knows what I'm talking about. It is no easy feat. My husband and I were both able to go around with my son a few times before he got comfortable, and we actually enjoyed it. Your money can go fast here with the arcade, but the bounce house area has no time limit, and again, there's wine. read more

But when we tried to work out some short arrangement to use them the next day they just cited policy. I have to give top ratings to this company. We spent the day before Thanksgiving there with our son, his wife and our two small grandchildren who all enjoyed a fun day. Two days later as they left for the airport, we realized that they had left their wallet there; it took one phone call to find out that they had found it and immediately put it into the safe until someone claimed it. Budget friendly activities are very important to our family. Our kids had a great time while on vacation here in Myrtle Beach, largely because of the fun they had @ Fun Warehouse. When it comes to our kids, there is only so much fun to be had at the beach before they want to see and do other things. The Fun Warehouse was the PERFECT place to give them a few hours of air conditioned enjoyment. Hands down the $25 unlimited pass was a real value. They got to play laser tag and roller skate until they were completely worn out. Also included was a $10 game card good for all the non-ticket rewarding games. Younger children will enjoy the air filled jumpers in the rear and all enjoy unlimited hours of playtime. A slice of pizza and a drink round out the list of items included in the $25 pass making it a very good value in comparison to other attractions around town. FINAL THOUGHTS We found the staff here to be extremely pleasant and had a great time. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for a second visit the following day. One adult and one child to do 4 activities; laser tag x2, go carts, roller skating, was 56$. The staff at the front was awesome and very friendly! I was pleasantly surprised the food was really good, albeit a bit expensive - an order of tater tots was $3.00 for a small basket with about 12 tots. A large drink was $2.78 for about 24 oz. For an arcade, etc. it is about like any other, BUT the manager is unapologetically UNHELPFUL when problems occur, even when you know they could help IF they WANTED to. My son was allowed to load $10 on his game card for arcade games. He put in $100 bill additionally to cover the "fee" portion and ended up with $110 on his game card instead of $10. NO REFUNDS. I felt like the manager could've refunded his money, if she wanted to but she wouldn't. A medically diagnosed ADHD child isn't going to look up 15 feet to read a sign that says machine doesn't give change. We spent plenty of money in this "junk" place before all this happened. Not a good way to get a repeat customer and we've been coming for years. read more

First time going to this place! Loved it. Price was not bad 8.50 for individual activities like skating (unlimited), laser tag, go carts, and inflatables (under10 yo unlimited). Also they had an option that included all activities for 25$. Skating was so much fun; had great music and a large screen playing the music video for the song at the end of the skating rink. Laser tag was so much fun! It was a big arena had 21 ppl playing. Unfortunately my sisters vest didn't work so she had to swap it out mid game. Only downside. Fun warehouse is pretty fun. Guess that's why its called fun. So they have an arcade, laser tag, roller skating, and go carts. Not sure if I missed something. Oh yeah they have a bounce house area. They have reasonably priced package deals if you want to spend the whole day there and the times we went they had them for half price so that's not bad. Overall it does can pretty expensive if you have a large family. The go carts are cool. They're sort of controlled behind the scenes so you can't GO until its time. And when its time to slow down they kind of slow you down so you can't speed into a wall at the end. I was worried for my 8 year old's first time on a go cart but luckily it wasn't bad because of the control. The roller skating looks fun and with the music and lights it reminds me of 8th grade. I wish I could give them a lower review. THEY PULLED 20 CHILDREN OUT OF GO CARTS FOR A SIX YEAR OLD AND HER TWO FRIENDS!! All because she had a bday party there. So so so terrible! The staff was young teenagers and they were carefree and useless. Particularly, one was very rude and it seemed like the employees were just hanging out, instead of running a business. It was also way overpriced for very very little. The organization was very poor as well. There was an extremely long wait for the go carts and the laser tag and they had very low business too. The DJ for the roller skating was annoying and liked the sound of his own voice so he wouldn't shut up and stop talking. There was an employee chasing a child as a "joke" but looked like a very dangerous man. The expectations from the reviews and the photos were not ever close to met. We were expecting so much and got almost nothing accept a lower amount in our bank account. Overall we did not enjoy this experience and do not recommend coming here. Waste of money. Trust ME! We took 70 middle school and high schoolers this weekend and they all had a great experience. I also rode the go-carts and had fun riding them. Yes, they start off slow but once everyone is on the track they take off. I also didn't think the track was bumpy like some Of the other reviews claim. Went there with my 2 kids. Lots of activities, and the laser tag was especially fun. We didn't go roller skating but it looked clean and fun. However, there were signs that said masks were required but practically no one was wearing them, and it was fairly crowded. We asked why they didn't enforce masks and they told us that they asked patrons to wear them but didn't make them do it. This place is spacious, has a simple concept, is not packed like places we are accustomed to going to, clean friendly and priced fairly. The only downside is that they ban you from the go karts all day if you drink. I suggest the management changing that rule to 1.5 hours per drink instead. My son loves this place and I do too.
