Let me preface what I have to say with validation of my attendance and experience with Paul from Sky Zone in Myrtle Beach. Me and my associates jumped at this trampoline park on May 23rd from 8 PM to 10 PM boasting a beautiful assortment of costumes, minus Mr. Grant Gilman. Nevertheless, prior to our last stand at the basketball court with Paul due to time constraints, I had conversed with Olivia, who was also an all-star employee. She demonstrated a pleasant addition to the Sky Zone family by conversing with me in a very lighthearted manner, harboring no malice to our variety of drapes, I digress. Paul handled the fractious rascals at the basketball court with a calm demeanor, and outstanding fairness in settling disputes that the adolescents most certainly caused. Paul is the cornerstone of this once great establishment, after the disgusting orange-plaid rebrand, I thought nothing could redeem the shell of what the trampoline park once was, illustrated by the shortening of the rock wall. Then I met Paul. It would be an understatement to say I wish every employee would be like Paul, because I pray that they would live up to his uncontested performance. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had at Sky Zone, dare I say living up to the glory days of Rockin Jump that had a special place in my upbringing. Every time I return to the orange jump zone it will be because of Paul. I will always be looking for Paul (and the lady with the purple hair of course). Paul loved our costumes. Paul upheld the justice of little league recreational trampoline basketball. Paul is THE BEST employee we have ever met, we even took a picture with him. Wow! So cool! A kids dream. Jump around all over the place, play dodgeball, battle on a balance beam and fall into a foam block pit, climb, jump, swing. And some nights they have glow nights which are really cool. The young people who work there do a great job of playing with the kids to make sure they are having fun even if they come alone. They understand the balance of having fun and being dangerous and won't hesitate to kick kids out if they are not being safe to themselves or others. I tried to get a massage in the massage chairs while my kid was playing. The second I sat down an alarm started beeping and some employee with attitude came over trying to accuse me of just sitting there. I physically was holding my credit card to buy a massage. The chair was not labeled well with instructions and I was trying to figure it out, before my card was charged - as there were options. The lady was rude and told me to get up so the alarm would stop. She said it was "Annoying". She did not know how to properly select an option and would not leave me alone to figure it out. The chair had the credit card panel low on the chair and I would have had to stand up and bend over in front of everyone while trying to figure it out, in order to get the alarm to stop. No thanks. The chair was not labeled that an alarm would begin after 5 seconds of sitting there. I have never used a massage chair where you had to stand up and select a massage, prior to sitting down. This is not great customer care in my opinion. Thankfully the toilet in the ladies restroom did not have an alarm! read more

We're mid-week into our week-long promotion at Sky Zone, and I felt compelled to share just how great our experience has been so far. Earlier in the week, I had called another competitor in the Myrtle Beach area to ask about promotions. Unfortunately, the interaction was pretty discouraging--the employee on the phone seemed unenthusiastic, told me there were no promotions, and didn't make an effort to invite us in. That experience made the difference when I reached out to Sky Zone. I had called before their working hours to confirm a promotion I saw online--and even though I hadn't left a message, they noticed my number on their caller ID and called me right back. That level of attentiveness immediately stood out. When I spoke with them, I was met with an enthusiastic and genuinely helpful employee, which set a great first impression. Since arriving, Mike, the manager, has been nothing short of outstanding. He's incredibly people- and kid-oriented, accommodating, and goes out of his way to make sure my kids are enjoying every moment of their week-long pass. That level of care really makes a difference for families. The entire staff has been consistently nice, respectful, and welcoming. Special shoutout to Abdul, who already recognizes us at check-in--it really adds to that "family feel" you don't often find at places like this. Overall, this has been a fantastic experience, and it's clear that customer service is a top priority here. We'll absolutely be coming back the next time we're in Myrtle Beach. read more

We took our grandkids (aged 8 and 10) here for the first time - IT WAS AWESOME! The facility, post COVID, was really clean. Staff will rotate around to make sure all attractions are open and available. We even knew the answer to the question of the week so they won a prize. Staff is good and attentive. I brought my son to get some energy out due to the fact that it's too cold outside. I bought the tickets on line and they had a coupon for an addition 30 minutes for free. After walking in and filling out the waiver we didn't get checked in until 15 after our start time. The lady was really nice and told us that we could stay past our ending time to make up for the minutes lost. I wish that they enforced the mask policy with the teenagers, but they are normally hard headed on a good day. read more

Kids absolutely loved this facility!!!!! So much to do here it kept them entertained for the full 90 minutes. Extra items like wall climbing and skateboard ramp are a nice touch. Food options looked pretty good but we did not end up getting anything beyond a drink. Really awesome place. I mistakenly thought I could run around like a kid for 90 minuets. This place will wear you out in prob 30-60 minuets. Even with 4 kids to have fun with there about 7 activities to run between. and if you think just jumping on a trampoline is easy, well if you haven't done it in awhile (or any exercise for that matter) it can be tiring pretty quick. But between dodge ball, basketball (basically dunking because you can jump that high now), a ninja course, rock climbing, and jumping on trampolines you get tired pretty quick. Definitely worth the visit and you have to buy their socks because they have little grippy pads on the bottom so you don't slip and fall on the trampoline. Bring the family (aka kiddos) and burn off all that sugar! They'll sleep like rocks :D read more

Great idea if rules could be enforced. I teach my children to play by the rules, but other neglected children do what they want there. Also had Middle aged men and women playing dodgeball with children for almost an hour. Hitting them in the face and nothing being said or done. Again, great place, just needs some work. read more

what a family fun place! the kids have so much fun. i see adults joining in to have a blast as well! everyone there is so friendly and love to laugh. can't go wrong with buying there monthly membership. elite member get monthly- 2 hrs a day and fun glow t shirt and socks for glow night you get discount for the fuel station and so much more for only like 25$. it wear's my son out he's 4 and he sleep so well. he gets to hang with other kids and enjoy himself! definitely a all around great place to be apart of. the new changes with it becoming sky zone has been a plus can't wait to see the rest of the changes. read more

Bad Business. Will never come back.. Me and my family went there for the first time. It is not sanitize. I think the stuff should check kids temperatures at the door. And they don't. The staff told me that they don't clean up after business is close. My husband also lost his phone. Staff said that it wasn't their responsibility and they would get in contact IF they find it. They never got into touch with my husband. I think this place should be close. It not sanitize. They should be lose during the pandemic. Since they don't clean up after kids. I have been here several times with my grandkids. Supervision has always been pretty good. Today was a free for all. There was one staff member at dodge ball. There was another staff member wandering and doing absolutely nothing. The situation was an accident waiting to . I went to the young manager and expressed my concerns about safety. I was told people called in sick. I went back to the play area and within 15 minutes staff members appeared out of the blue. But still not a lot of supervision. Kids jumping all over the place while putting others in danger. This may be my last visit here. Very disappointed in lack of safety concerns. read more

Not sure how other people missed this place on a rainy Thursday but we were one of maybe 5 or 6 groups to play here this evening. It was great, a little pricey, but my wife, kids and myself all had a blast. My daughter took a spill on one of the set ups and we had two or three employees there immediately checking on us and bringing some ice for a hurt ankle. She was fine, just got a little crazy but it was nice to see some concerned workers there. I talked with another couple employees and both were very personable. I'd much rather spend our vacation money here on a rainy day than one of the other 'tourist traps' in the area. And at least we get exercise here. The kids will sleep well tonight!! read more

But as time went on, more and more smaller children came. I didn't really see that many good things for the smaller ones. My youngest one is small. But he was still bigger than the younger ones. The kids enjoyed their time here today. Lots of different activities, clean environment, and wait times in line for the games weren't too bad. Snack bar is good and not awfully expensive. My favorite part, though, was the comfy seating for adults. There are plenty of tables and couches to sit on while your kids play, and even massage chairs! My only complaint is the staff seemed unprepared to deal with the large number of people that showed up looking for an indoor activity due to the rainy weather. We waited for 20 minutes just to check in and missed our start time that we had prepaid for online. They adjusted our start time so we didn't lose any jump time, but they should have had a separate line for people who already had tickets. read more

My grandchildren and I came to his new attraction on Friday, July 1st, 2016. I had preregistered for the time and arrived 20 minutes early so I thought we would go immediately in. Instead we stood in line with those who hadn't preregistered just to give the waiver copy and get socks. I felt there should have been separate lines for each transaction. The building is very eye-catching and having boys, their eyes immediately caught sight of the Ninja course. Of course they were disappointed in finding there was a height limit, because they knew they could do it! All was well and they enjoyed jumping until two very large groups of children came in. Immediately there were long waits and children who were definitely not following the rules the staff had told us. Three and four children to a trampoline is not safe, and adults were throwing dodge balls at the children. I went to the front desk to ask if this was the norm and was told it was on busy days. Maybe I was expecting too much of a new facility with bugs to work out but when I register for a time I would hope to have the children active for that time, I thought there would only be a number of children who could comfortably make use of trampolines, hoops, and climbing spots for that time. Disappointed because we are local and need indoor activities at times. Hopefully some bugs can be worked out. read more

Really good trampoline park with areas for all ages. The 6 and under area was perfect for my niece and nephew, ages 3 and 5. The ninja course and rock wall sets this place as different than most others in the same category. LOTS of staff policing how many kids were in each area.
